Reviews
Instead of making the dining experience comfortable they question multiple times on the same issues of added condiments and cheese. When it is brought to their attention that they are being rude because they are not listening to the customer they took the complaint as an attack and refuse service.
This is the only restaurant/store in Cumming GA I will not be giving my patronage to again.
I complained through the app to Corporate. They brushed me off in an email with the fact that this is a franchised shop and they will notify the franchisee.
Training needs to be carried out on customer service. There is a sign in front of a store I used to frequent. It had 2 rules for customer service.
#1 – The customer is always right. #2 – If the Customer is Ever Wrong, Re-Read Rule #1
My money is not on this shop existing for too long under current management and ownership.
There should be additional points to bring this complaint home.
*No wait should be denied service. *Amount spent should be $0 because I was denied service and spent none of my money here. Thank you for saving me money.
*No wait should be a waste of time going inside of this establishment.
** I used to enjoy a Whopper sandwich from time to time. Right now I have a bad taste in my mouth.
I would like to give one point off of each Star instead of a whole Star for service and atmosphere.
Tonight (12.30.23) we arrived at 9:08pm. The sign says dining room is open until 10pm. We wanted to get it to go, but not drive thru. They locked the door as we were walking up. People were in the dining room. Someone was picking up and came to the door to leave right as we reached the door The girl with the long brunette hair said they were closed. I mentioned it says the sign says the dining room closes at 10. Louis chimes in that they close it to clean up at 9. Even thought the drive thru is until midnight. I mentioned to him that the sign says it closes at 10pm. He said you have to drive thru.
We order on our app then used the drive thru. A truck was in front of us and was in the drive thru for 5 minutes. We pulled up and they ask what name is on the order because they have 2 with the number 20…(not possible). I gave my name. They tell us to move forward…with no reason given. After more than 10 minutes I rolled back to the drive thru and told them it had been more than 10 minutes for 3 bacon cheese burgers, 1 small fry, 16 chicken nuggets and a coke ( this is for 3 people). The food was ready sitting on the counter. Just sitting there, with no plans to give them to us, from what we could see. They originally didn’t give us the coke. No apology or anything.
I recommend skipping this Burger King and go to McDonalds, Wendy’s, Arby’s and even Krystal’s which are all in same area.
If Burger King is what you really want, drive to exit 18 head towards Canton on Hwy 369. It will be on the right.
