The food was good. Always fresh and full. The desert bar… As long as Jackie is working the desserts are always going to be good. The service…. It was horrible. Shannon was our server and she was not holding that title. She would see dirty plates and empty glasses on our table and keep walking saying that we’re fine. I had to go to the manager to be able to get help because she was no where to be found.

They have a decent selection of food, as you would expect. Our server was nice and kept our table clean each time we got up. Steaks were medium done when asked for medium rare, I figured they have a particular clientele that likes well done meat.

This place tops any restaurant that I have ever visited. I am 68 years old and I have never had better food or a better variety at any place in my life. As a former marine from Findlay, Ohio, I highly recommend this restaurant. I make the drive from Findlay to Lima at least once a week to enjoy the great food, prices and service at Golden Corral in Lima, Ohio. Love this place! Keep up the good work guys and gals!

Overall the food was good. It was fresh and always full. However, the waitress that we had, Shannon was the worst waitress I have ever seen or had. I had to find the manager to get some hot sauce because she was no where to be found. Then she said “I was coming” after we sat for 20 minutes. She would carry on conversations with the other customers but would walk right past us and leave dirty plates and empty cups on table. Saying “oh, you guys are fine”.

The steaks are almost all fat. Chicken tasted like it had been in the pan drying out for hours on end. The waitresses and staff alike. Would prefer to stand outside and smoke. Rather then do any work. Just what everyone wants to walk through thier smoke clouds to get in. Definitely not worth the money they charge anymore.

We visited here for lunch and had a great time as a family. There were so many choices all separated by cuisine type and everything was hot and fresh! The restaurant was clean and food all visually appealing… especially the deserts! Our waitress was awesome refilling other party members drinks even when she’d just returned someone else’s. I think the best part was the staff genuinely seemed to be having a great time to audibly laughing and joking with each other while working different stations
