To keep it short and sweet, everything was absolutely delicious! The side of the restaurant (that I was on) was clean, our waiter was very friendly (and funny ), they had a vast variety of options to chose from, and even with there being quite a few people in the section I was in, it wasn’t what you call crowded. Overall, the trip to Golden Corral in Clarksville proved to be worth the trip!

We go there often but yesterday was by far the worst. They were busy but no excuse for not one serving tray to be empty but several at a time, the guy grilling couldn’t keep up, told bake potatoes would be ready in 20 min literally one hour, no pasta noodles, no buns for hot dogs, no condiments for hotdogs, chicken legs out before you could get to them, asked a you lady if they had some in the back and her reply was if it’s not out its unavailable, then after eating just vegetables I went to get dessert and my favorite the dipped fruit and marshmallows were out and no chocolate ice cream. Never saw the manager come out of their office once and to top it off the bathroom was disgusting.

Everything was good food was hot. I would recommend anyone to go there to eat. Business was booming waiters we’re professional. Waiters keep my drinks full I’ll definitely be going back.

Good food and a large selection. Place was clean and service was great. Prices are reasonable with the Senior discounts. Love the mini burgers buttery and hot. Come here 1-2 times a month and have no complaints.

I havent been to Golden Corral in so long, but I was invited by a friend and it was her birthday so I went. My first impression was not good. It seems rundown, and the womens restroom was horrible. The desert buffet was the best part of the experience. I say that because the food bars looked like they needed a lot of attention. The taco bar tubs were crusty and mostly empty. It just did not look very clean to me. The tubs were not being filled and some of the food looked like it had been sitting a while. I am not a picky person, but the restaurant didnt look very good. Maybe they are experiencing financial difficulties. Some of our plates had chipped edges. I will not go back.

My brothers wife and son brought me here, we took it to go. Delicious food. We waited quite awhile, but I enjoyed the food the same and didn’t mind the additional time to stand around and chat with the family I missed. I liked viewing all the cool things for sale in the lobby. I got fired from my dishwashing job while we waited, but I moved on to work at a prison so I wasn’t majorly concerned, just caused this place to be more memoriable than usual. So many gift options inside this place. The smell was potent and substantial, like the food was in front of my face.

Visited today (12/17/25) at 2ish. Service wasn’t great server asked once if we were ok or needed anything. The French dressing was empty, the tartar sauce was filmy, eggs were dry. The. We get to the hot bar, there was no rolls or any coming, undercooked chicken, no wings, bar was bare, the turkey they were carving was old and dry. No shrimp, no hush puppies so many things they were out of. The burbon chicken had zero flavor. The food we did get was under temp. When we told our server about the chicken being raw(it was still bleeding) she looked at it and said “where it’s fine but I guess I will take it back.” Such a disappointment for what you pay. Could have and should have went to Ruby Tuesday or Chilis. Anywhere but here we probably won’t be back.

Went last month, and this month. Both times, absolutely floored by the quality of food. Over the past 5 years, the service here has gone downhill, the quality of food has gone downhill, and I question the hygiene after several dirty plates that should have come clean from dish. Last, but certainly not least, my entire family and I left horribly sick last time, and this time, my wife and two of my children are leaving feeling sick again. I wouldn’t send my enemy to this place…..sad, because it used to be so great. Won’t be here again. If you want buffet, go to Shoney’s instead.
