We were very impressed on Thanksgiving Day with all the hardworking staff! We really respected the manager for holding his ground and made a couple wait for the rest of their party (of 5) to get there before they could be seated. He was very professional and polite to the couple. I expected the atmosphere to be a nightmare but it was the opposite. The staff cleaned in between tables and maintained a pleasant and fun attitude. We definitely will be back!

Great restaurant to visit when it’s hard for you to decide what you want to eat – they offer many items on the buffet and have special menu items on various days. They always have grilled steaks to order. Desert section is pretty vast. Restaurant offer senior citizens discount at certain time of the day.
9/7/25 visited this restaurant again and had good service – they had some special items on the buffet this time that is not usually on it.
9/28/25 paid another visit to this restaurant on a very busy Sunday. The waitress quickly cleaned off a table for us to sit and after that we still had great table service. Even though it was busy most of the items to eat were on the buffet.

Food was good! But to show up at 1:30pm and be charged for dinner is why I’m rating so low.
Not to mention the waiter assigned to our area was very slow at first, and we waited for a refill for a minute. If I wasn’t pregnant and craving, we would’ve left for the price difference. Walked by the manager on the way out and he didn’t say anything at all, just leaned up on the wall texting on his phone. Honestly the service sucked in my opinion. The building was clean for the most part, it was so packed I don’t quite remember. The kitchen staff kept the food lines clean for sure, props to them!

A very dusty experience. On 12/6 came out to eat with a male colleague. We both decided not to get drinks. Dinner order was purchased. Chatting discussing business Brianna approched after only 5 minutes earlier a female co worker of hers showed up and asked us about not purchasing drinks on our receipt. We informed Brianna we have already informed your co-worker we are not not getting drinks. So we haven’t bought drinks. It isn’t on the receipt as we will not get drinks. BRIANNA had the worst attitude, she held her hands up and began arguing about us not getting drinks. I looked down embarrassed for her. We also wondered why she wanted to discuss it with the female at the table instead of the male who purchased. She may have hoped for a stereotype to play out . Nevertheless, she attempted to create a scene. My contractor asked her to discuss it with him. Later Informed her manager of her attitude when Emily began staring me down in the worst way. We got up and normally get only two plates but, the stares so, I said yes to going additional times. Stares from Emily a round well figured young whye big girl who does not wear a name tag this way no one can report her behavior. I am not sure what happened. The location this time had plenty of new staff and less popular items such as tacos. Nonetheless, the manager had apologized but, imagined being glared at as a female as you get up & sat down for the duration of your coarse. Please feel free to review the cameras. We have always supported Golden Corral in the past however, unless this ridiculous behavior can never happen again for now, for years to come maybe, we are skipping service here just like the tacos. We were in town to meet with people. I used to really like golden corral. The food options at this location were minimal, most things at noon were out. Salad bar was pretty lacking. Basic food options. Chicken several ways, ham, mashed potatoes, veggies. Basically anything at a southern place. Not much variety at all. Unimpressed and at least it was lunch prices. I would have been upset with dinner prices and lax food options. I won’t be back.

My husband and I enjoy going to the AMC Theater and eating at the nearby Golden Corral. Usually it is a pleasant night out. This time, even going early at 4:30 pm, the food experience was not good.
Not only were so many of the trays continuously empty, but they advertised a wing night and the same little over-cooked wing drummets sat there the entire time we were there. I asked for fresh ones, it never happened. They should not have a wing special and only offer three kinds of wings.
The beef steak was so tough, I couldn’t eat it. We usually enjoy the crab salad. They labeled it a seafood salad and it was tuna only. It’s pretty bad when the broccoli is so hard you have to fight to cut it!
Oh well at least there is dessert. Nope! So many empty things.

Bad service, they dont greet people at all. Very Unprofessional!!! I came to pick up and order and I sat for bout 40 minutes waiting on food and tea. They didnt stated prep my food until I got there. Also as well I ask for 2 of the 2 gallon half and half tea. The assistant walking around like a chicken head cut off trying to find the top for the tea. The mangers wouldn’t even help him when he was asking where the tea top at. SMH they need to do better

Been here several times before, came for Thanksgiving Dinner. Despite the line out the door, staff were able to expedite us and we were seated in less than 30 minutes. Very organized, getting large groups of people plus families with little ones seated. Food was good, desert bar good. Salad bar ok, could use more options.

Well, it’s the second time we’ve been to the Golden corral since 2022 and this is store number 658 and we had lunch at 2:45 and I was getting my second plate and I saw a roach crawling across the counter of the food called a waitress over. She saw it and smashed it.. I don’t know if she ever told the manager, but I got the manager and he said he apologized after I told him he needed to get an exterminator… he also said there was nothing he could do but call my exterminator they just keep coming. They never did before we came back in 2022. Maybe these are new owners that don’t know how to get rid of them well never go again me and my wife. They should have a health inspector in there as soon as possible. was my birthday and we ate breakfast and the only thing that was hot that it was the eggs because everything else was cold.. and we told the waitress.. and we didn’t get a response…So we left early… everything has changed since we’ve been back there… buyer beware…??
