I order from here often although now I think I will go to pei wei….I like the soups, kung Pao chicken ….most other things I have had on golden china menu, my son wanted chicken friend rice never ordered but gave it a try…it was nothing more then rice with some onion and literally no chicken for 9.00 see attached picture I was going to call and ask for a replacement but it was too late, if there was half an once of chicken in the whole quart I would be very surprised my son refused to eat it …it had zero taste and was essentially just rice with onion in it … ….DO NOT order fried rice until they step up and make it right ..there should be substantial vegetables and chicken in this dish there was literally none ….this is not right and I felt completely taken advantage of the fried rice at pei wei which is right next door you you get of ton of chicken and vegetables …they need to completely revamp there i fried rice recipe !

I don’t eat Chinese Carry Out too often, but every time I’ve ordered from here over the last 10 years, it’s been very good! I’m sure every restaurant has it’s not so good days and may explain some of the other reviews? I had the Chicken Fried Rice before and it had plenty of tasty chicken!!

Visited this establishment for the first time and the customer service was horrible. There was an Asian lady who decided my husband and I weren’t worthy of her greeting as we entered the establishment. She sat texting on her phone and after 5 minutes she walked to the counter never parting her lips to say how could she help us. I asked her was she ready to take our order since she proceeded to pick up her cellphone to begin texting. As I begin to tell her my order her phone ranged and in mid conversation she walked away and in her language asked another lady to finish our order. This lady was polite however seemed annoyed by the other coworker. When the other staff member finished her call she proceeded to prepare our food. I noticed she didn’t wash her hands or put on gloves so I asked if she could use gloves. She responded I’m not touching your food and lifted a set of tongs and said this is touching your food. I politely asked for my money back and stated that I’d go where my money is appreciated and my ethnicity is respected. It’s sad to see that people would rather lose a customer than oblige to a request for them to put on gloves. I will never enter this establishment and will share my experience with everyone I know.

Very loud talking on the phone sounds like they’re screaming at each other in the restaurant while I’m ordering can barely hear the person talking to me at the lady behind the counter was talking on the phone with whoever she’s talking with not very tranquil. I just want to order my food in peace and not be stressed out after working a 12-hour shift.

This was my first time trying this Chinese takeout and all I can say is NEVER AGAIN! This place is takeout ONLY.
– unfriendly people. Not even a hello or a thank you.
– Won Ton soup was too salty
– Fried rice was bland and tasteless.
– Honey Garlic Chicken pieces were hard and 85% batter with 15% chicken.
I strongly suggest you go elsewhere.

Before you read my review, my one star is based off service alone. The food is amazing.
The customer service is beyond poor. Whenever you go there, they are typically playing cards and seem to be bothered that you want to place an order. I wanted a modification as simple as no water chestnuts, and the woman who is there everyday and had seen me order MANY times THE SAME WAY, made a huge fuss about how they do not do that. Did I mention I have ordered the same dish, the same way, MANY TIMES?!?? It really is a shame because the food is outstanding. Maybe if they actually cracked a smile and allowed customers to make such simple modifications, I’d still be blowing my money there on the awesome food. I refuse to ever go back.

Wonderful customer service clean establishment Delicious Chinese food just like NY to me .I have been their customer for 5 years. When I call or fax to order for pick up it is ready in 10 minutes When I ordered for delivery was at my home in 30 minutes They also do catering which is extremely affordable.

Ever since i moved here in Pompano Beach in 2015,this place has been my go to Chinese Take out.The place is clean,the staff are always nice,never had any complain with my food orders. They are always on point.Everytime I order, I always have same great taste and savory food.
My fave dish from them are Shrimp/beef Lo Mein, Singapore Mei Fun,chicken wings and egg rolls.
I only wish they do Doordash or Uber eats.

THE FOOD HERE IS FAST AND FRESH AND COOKED TO ORDER. IT’S HARD TO SCREW UP CHINESE FOOD. PLUS, IT’S SO INEXPENSIVE, IT’S FUNNY HOW PEOPLE COMPLAIN OVER IT.
