Could have been 5 stars. Manager had all new employees, all were friendly and courteous. Manager however was unable to train and properly fill bare minimum orders. Upon ordering there was only 1 other occupied table. Between that time when I placed and received my order only 3 other orders were placed, and twice that many left due to announced wait time. Even with so few orders placed, it was 65-minutes until I asked about my order. It had made its way into a pickup order box and left on warmer. All falls on manager unable to multi-task in an organized manner. Side note: Even though crust was little soggy along cut lines due to setting on warmer too long, the pizza was decent. Might have been really good fresh out of oven.

Very uncomfortable dining experience. When we walked in, an employee said ‘oh look, customers’. I got the hot and spicy wings, Ranch was rancid, and when I asked for a replacement he was rude and handed me a Greek salad dressing pack. He INSISTED that my wings were ‘drenched’ in sauce (see photo) and complained that everything was already put up (at 820pm) and it was a huge inconvenience to get a cup of sauce to personally ‘drench’ my wings. Side salad was only a few hours from being bad (lots of brown pieces with an ‘off’ taste. The joke of a plastic fork left us eating with our hands (even the salad). We typically eat here weekly, but have been out of town for a month…whole new staff… one girl got sauce and replaced the Greek with ranch, with a smile… the rest of them, jerks…. no one greeted us, checked on us, or told us to have a good night. (The old staff always did) Find new staff, we won’t be back. Anyone have suggestions on a place with good pizza and wings, with a friendly staff?

Horrified walking in here today and seeing all 9 people in the kitchen without mask on, not to mention the skinny guy with long hair was RUDE to me when picking up my online order that was already paid for! This one a year place has now went to I won’t ever go here again. Upon getting in my car I noticed the boxes with grease all over them which was disgusting had I seen this at the register I would have v just requested a refund. This location in Russell Kentucky has went downhill since opening, they need to step up the cleanliness again!!

I have been here twice and both experiences were great. The first time I had the calzone, the dough was the perfect combination of crispy outside with the chewy, cheesy center. Their pizza sauce is very flavorful. The second time I got the steal grinder and once again I was amazed. It’s become one of my family’s favorite places to eat.

My wife and I were looking for places to have dinner on our way back into town. We googled places to eat and found this place. I was a bit skeptical but decided it was worth the try. I am glad we did staff was very nice and the food wow. We both got an Italian and we decided to try their pizza as well. The sandwich hands down the best I’ve had (and I’ve tried them from alot of places over the years). The pizza is amazing the best thing I can say is it would definitely be worthy of a Dave portnoy review. I will definitely be returning.

This is our favorite place to eat. Absolutely amazing food and the workers are so friendly. If you have never ate at Bellacino’s do yourself a favor and give it a try. AMAZING FOOD! I love the chicken bacon ranch grinder.

Bellacino’s is one of the best restaurants in the Ashland, Kentucky area. My personal favorite item menu is their house special: the Italian Grinder. They also make delicious pizza as well, personally I have tried the steak pizza, and it was great! I have taken a few people from the area to Bellacino’s, and all of them have the same reaction, the food really is that good. I would personally stay away from the seafood grinder though, they use imitation crab meat, which is a disappointment, but I can’t really blame them.
All-in-all, I definitely recommend them. You can show up and have your food prepared, or you can call ahead of time! The staff are all very friendly, and the food preparation doesn’t take long at all.

Happened to come across this gem! Excellent clean bathrooms! First thing I noticed, it was very clean. We ordered Grinders and we were so satisfied with the food. It was excellent! I mean top of the line excellent. Don’t ever hesitate to come here! I have had the New York Reuben sandwich in New York, but Ballacino’s is better! Really! You gotta have it if you like Reubens.

While the food is good, and is brought out fresh, the wait time is completely unsatisfactory. 35 minutes for dine in for a grinder and some bruschetta.
Not sure if it’s all Bellacino’s, or just this location, but they are severely understaffed. Employees were actually incredible, considering how swamped they were, but there was no hiding the fact they were completely overworked and overwhelmed.
Fix the wait times, and this would be an alright place to eat.
