Staff was busy and rude, couldn’t be bothered to even acknowledge customers, much less wait on them. I stood at register for a 18 with only one other person ahead of me, that was simply ordering 2 large teas to go. They gave this lady her cups but didn’t inform her they had no lids for the large cups until after she paid for them. When I went to order, nothing I tried to order was even available. I was told they only had chicken. I could not order any sides.

This is the worst service I’ve ever had at any fast food place in my life . Drive through was broken I guess and they had me order at the window even though the speaker was working just fine . Everytime I said something she looked away and back at the menu and told me what I asked for on the menu even though I just read it didn’t exist . This place used to be great service and food . I will never comeback to this location . From the way she looked at me to the way she talked to me . Like it was my fault she worked here and my fault people want to get food . She was terrible. To think she was the only older woman in the place and when someone else came to me and asked if I had been helped yet she walked up behind her and pointed to the front and said “get back to your area” . The amount of disrespect to the other employees and customers was atrocious . I ever wrote reviews ever . But this one had to be done. Save your peace and don’t go to this location during lunch .
The only redeeming thing was the young woman who made it a point to smile and be nice while she brought the food out to me . Almost as if she knew how atrocious the other employees behavior was . So to her thank you.

Went in feb.19 for fish and shrimp dinner. Im not sure who the manager is but they should be fired. This food was so disgusting and the fish was almost nonexistent…the size of two French fries. The girls at the drive thru were laughing and not paying attention to what I needed. Order was wrong. I live on a fixed budget so I couldn’t go to get more food somewhere else. I will contact corporate because it’s not right the quality of food we received. PLEASE save your money and DON’T VISIT THIS PLACE.

Food quality has noticeably gone down. Tenders have been quite dry and hard and noticeable taste of old grease on them my last 2 visits. Makes me not want to try anything else on the menu at this location. Maybe they can get back on track someday.

Since we drove off our part of our order was missing. Food was 0 out 10 literally. When did they switch the bread walmart burger buns are probably better than what we got served. They didn’t addthe pickles sauce they just slapped the chicken on the bread and ca Ordered 3 spicy sandwich meals but only one was made correctly. Buns from the chicken strip meals were hard not even edible. Fountain drinks were out of order I assume because we only had a choice between sweet tea and regular tea. We went with sweet that tasted like 98% sugar 2% tea. And I don’t know what zing sauce is made out of but

Been there twice and both times the chicken was so salty we could not eat it. The second time I called and expressed my situation and was told that they don’t refund money that I could exchange for something else. What else is there? Not going back.
