Time: Approximately early afternoon
I’m extremely disappointed with the way this situation was handled. After trying to reach this restaurant for several days, I finally got in contact today regarding an incorrect order I received. I have proof of purchase on my card and both copies of my receipt.
While speaking to the manager on shift, I calmly explained that my order was wrong and that I had receipts to prove it. Her response was rude and dismissive. She repeatedly said, “That’s not my problem, you should have brought the food back,” even after I explained I had full proof of purchase.
When I asked to speak to the general manager, she claimed she was the general manager. I then asked whether this location was corporate or a franchise. She stated it was a franchise and said, “Some guy owns it.” When I requested the owner’s or franchise contact information, she refused and said if I gave her my number she would “leave it around and hopefully he sees it,” which is completely unprofessional.
The call ended with her being rude, offering no resolution, and hanging up on me. All I originally wanted was my order to be remade correctly. Now, due to the disrespect and lack of accountability, I am requesting both a refund and a remake of my order.
This was unacceptable customer service, and I hope this review reaches someone who actually cares about how customers are treated.

I just made an order from here to try there chicken and fish i get a lot of cravings!! This chicken is very good and very fresh i thought it was done really well!! Ive had other chicken places here are good but not as good as this!! The other locations some more nearby me might have had worse reviews but I just saw it. I havnt had my fish yet but they have catfish and I’ll probably do more orders from here.

Bruh what is this black stuff inside my drink. I was choking and I checked and there’s black stuff in there. And I said no gravy on my mash.

Talking about I can refund you since you charged me for a barbecue even though it comes with the meal. And no I asked for gravy on the side since I don’t like NO GRAVY. And I said both orders spicy. She only did one.

I ordered chicken strips. They were hot, fresh and crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. The gravy and rolls were fresh as well. I’d order again, and I’m not chicken strips fan. The person at the order mic was friendly and patient.

I love going to this Golden Chick I must say March 7th 2026 was not great my sister ordered two three tender meals it came out to $21 and some change I then ordered just one order of the three piece tender meal it cost $15 and some change that did not add up so the workers must be making their own prices not fair or good for business

I think the portion sizes were smaller than at other locations. The food was still really tasty and crispy. I wish we got more French fries and bigger tenders. overall it was a positive experience. The workers were very friendly and the inside was clean. The restroom was really awkwardly shaped but also very clean!

I really don’t know what happened to this place it used to be really good but now the chicken tastes bland and the tenders seem rubbery and they didn’t even give me gravy for the tenders at least the rolls are still good
