Hubby and I both got a small cheesesteak combo, which included fries and drinks. Perfect size for two senior citizens, matter of fact more than we needed! Love their unique fries and always served up hot! Service was quick, our cheesesteaks were absolutely delicious, and we got a refilled pop to go. Super value!

I love this place so much. This one especially in Hilliard is awesome. The people that work here are super friendly and just kind. The food is obviously delicious, too. Pricy, but worth it and if you come here enough, signing up for the rewards can save you some dollars.

Unfortunately no drive-through, but the Old School cheesesteak and Cajun Fries were well worth parking the car and walking in. The fries are seasoned quite unlike most other places I’ve been, highly recommend them! The sandwich came loaded up with plenty of beef, enough caramelized onions to add a bit of sweet and savory, and was absolutely dripping with melty Cheez Whiz. The large combo had me filled up all on its own, whereas at other fast-food joints, it’ll take a large meal *and* an extra sandwich to provide sufficient calories. Solid value at Charleys!

The subs are really good, the wings and fries were alright. The fries were kind of soggy and I could tell they were not fresh. I would stick to getting a sub from here. The staff were very friendly though and my order was done very quickly!

We stopped in on Sunday, 11/30 while traveling into Columbus. We ordered 3 meals to go and only received 2 of our 3 meals. We were in the car back on the road before we realized our 3rd meal was missing. The pop machine was low on carbonation so our drinks were flat and the ice machine wasn’t working.

I’ve been coming to this location for nearly a year and have always gotten good service and good s always fresh and hot. They do a great job at keeping the restaurant clean. Ive never gotten an incorrect order and they are always helpful. I appt it their specials too.

My Philly Cheese Steak meal was the best philly cheese steak I have ever had. It was DELICIOUS! This was my first time to a Charleys and I immediately looked up locations in Missouri to see if there are any near me. The staff was so nice and the restaurant was so clean.

Philly chicken cheesesteak was excellent. Real food ..not processed. The staff does a good job at keeping the place clean & the food fresh. They’re friendly . I watched them work and they’re on it. The layout of the place is nice & you can watch them cook your food . Could not miss this place with the big balloon on the roof. I just had to stop.

This is a weekly lunch spot for me. Food is always fresh/hot and quick. Always get some sort of cheesesteak or chicken cheesesteak fries and a drink. Have tried there bbq wings as well, very good. Staff is friendly and space is clean and plenty of seating. Love the classic cheese steak with the cheese whiz.
