I recieved a sandwich that was soggy from what I believe were the sauces; there was a pool of juice on the bottom. It did not make the eating experience enjoyable. The chicken piece was flavorless and overcooked. First time I got a sandwich from here it was really good, but today they missed the mark. At least the fries were ok.

The service was up to my standards. The restaurant was very clean. The employees are friendly and efficient. The fried chicken is always so juicy with that perfect crunch. The rolls are so delicious. Shay and Valerie thank you both for the excellent service. I’ll be back again for sure.

Food was ok but I’ll stick to the other restaurants. Was close by so gave it a shot and ordered the 3 PC with side, mash potatoes we’re watery and the pieces of chicken must have been from a small one cause they we’re tiny. Sweet tea was ok, my favorite only thing was the honey bun dinner roll those are good! But apart from the dinner rolls I wasn’t too happy at the amount of food for the price

A bit disappointed! I ordered an extra side of macaroni and cheese and got literally like a scoop of macaroni. I paid $3 for it…and got another of dirty rice…same…a scoop…$6 dollars for a scoop? Damn, I know things are getting rough but at least give me what I pay for. Not happy at all with this experience. Plus, why are the jalpenos so small? And why do you charge extra for gravy for mashed potatoes? Rip off..and when I supposedly talked to the manager all she had to say was that’s how it is…Terrible customer service…whoever owns this establishment should look into this….Incompetence and laziness is running your restaurant.

A massive shoutout to the dream team: SHAY, CRISTAL, and VAL! You all are truly A1 and made us feel like family the second we walked through the door. The food? Incredible. The service? Outstanding! It was a great chicken place to go. I loved the roasted chicken. Taste was amazing. Friendly staff. Crystal was friendly and Shay helped to prep my food. They did a great job. I loved it. I definitely recommend this place to go. They do have special from 11 to 3pm during the week for 2 pcs dark meat with mash and roll for 6 dollars. Its great.
