This is the most unprofessional location I have ever came across. I had literally just called them to ask if they could switch my online order to ask thighs because I wasn’t given the option & the manager said yes as she was helping a new employee she even said his entire social security number while still on the phone with me. Order was not modified & was even MISSING ITEMS, rice has the texture of mash potatoes, no utensils, no napkins, no receipt. AS I TRIED CALLING BACK THEY TURNED THEIR PHONE OFF !?. How ghetto. At least give me my refund of missing items that I had paid for.

I am an Uber eats driver and went to pick up an order. The restaurant was clearly overwhelmed at getting orders they were very far behind strangely because there were very few people there. The order I was there to pick up did not even generate until after I had been waiting five or six minutes and I was told to “Go somewhere else!” I canceled the pickup order and went somewhere else! Plus the dining area looks like it could use a wipe down. The food did look good in fresh but I don’t know if it tastes good with customer service like that I’m not going to wait around to find out!

Staff is always very friendly. Love the chicken. Love the chicken. Had to say it twice. Those rolls will change your life lol. Fries are crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside, really like that. Didn’t love the gizzards, a bit chewy. Ok, and free soft serve. Yes, free. What a nice treat after a meal.
UPDATE just a few familiar faces and a few new ones, but still the best friendly service always with a smile. And I know it’s not a shrimp house but if you get a chance to try that shrimp, I would. And I have. And then I did again.
