This was my first time at this location. It ain’t it. second roll I picked up after giving my child one, which she didn’t eat after I showed her, had a dead gnat and some kind of lint on it. The wicked wings were bite size, salty and greasy. I knew better knowing I don’t eat like this anymore. I know I’ll never go back. Not even for the rolls. They offered a refund for the rolls only and I have to go back up there to get and we didn’t eat the rest. I would like a full refund and no replacement food.

I ordered a 3 piece with the corn nuggets. My chicken was undercooked and the skin wasn’t even close to what the picture in the menu looks like. Only abe to eat half of the chicken. Corn nuggets were the highlight of that meal, when it should have been the chicken. Lots of laughing and goofing around could be heard from outside the drive through window. I’ll come again to do another review.

Would give it less stars if I could. Like my lord can I get some condiments with the food. Everything is extra and they give you such a small amount. I understand cost savings but this is just going to loose a bunch of customers. The large meal that I got and it came with some of the smallest sauces I’ve ever seen. Ridiculous……!!!!

Brought my dad here for a quick eat. He had a two piece meal, they let him have two legs instead of the normal. One leg was more like a small wing then a chicken leg. Gentlemen who took are order was nice and friendly. This location is a franchise and the new one they are building 2 blocks south at 183 and 157 is a corporate owned one. Hope it doesn’t hurt the business too much of this one.

Pretty decent chick place I could tell it was made with quality tenders and I really really liked the biscuits. For my dipping sauce I got the gravy but it was honestly kind of bland. Though could be really good If you have a low sodium diet. I asked for the signature sauce so I could evaluate it, It was 42 cents but I didn’t have any cash (only card). The employee gave it to me for free. Very nice of her.

We had a problem with the food and the service. First time we picked up the order they gave us someone else’s food, an Uber eats order with a name nowhere near close to the name of our order. Had to drive all the way back and the food was still incorrect, got plain instead of spicy chicken, the sandwich was covered in a random sauce, the jalapeno poppers were missing and there was basically only meat in the mushy dirty rice. And since it’d been sitting on the counter for so long it was cold and stale. Very disappointed with the whole experience and don’t plan on returning to this location.

The manager always has an attitude every time I go through the drive through as he is always working the drive through. His attitude is bringing the whole restaurant down. I’ve only been in the restaurant a couple of times and both times the associates act the same way. It starts with the leader. He’s very rude!!!! Never friendly!!!! I feel bad for this location, they look like they hate their job!!
We like the healthy choice of the roasted chicken, not many places have it.
I’ll give it one more chance, If his attitude doesn’t change I won’t be back.

Went through drive thru and ordered my food. Ate on my break in the parking lot and went inside to ask for a single jalapeño and don’t carry cash. It’s not a gas station so how it’s a card minimum and I’ve paid for a single sauce at golden chick before. That was less than a dollar. A single sauce is literally the same as a pepper . Make it make sense. I wasn’t born yesterday . Everybody in there wanna argue over a single pepper and trying to force me to spend $3 when I explained I had just ordered in drive thru and only wanted a single pepper. Not a family side , not fries … I ALREADY ORDERED MY FOOD . DUH. Irritating as hell. Then I’m pregnant so I know WHAT I WANT . And I’m not about to argue over a single jalapeno pepper or get forced to order more than I need. Be serious.
