I didn’t go in. Drive through was a tight turn around the building. But managed. I was in a truck, smaller vehicle would have been easier. Windows server was very pleasant and friendly. The food was OK. I liked my experience there more than the food. But I’d go back.

Ordered the 2 piece catfish expecting normal size catfish fillets and got itty bitty ones and they decided it was a good idea to smush my fries. Also asked for a couple side of zing sauce and didn’t get those. I’m disappointed and mad.
Edit: when I bit into my catfish pieces it was nothing but corn meal. Where was the fish?! I don’t have a clue. This was the worst meal I’ve ever had. Couldn’t even enjoy the itty bitty pieces of what were supposed to be fish.. never going back.

This location is super clean, and new looking. Chicken strips and fried chicken were really good. My wife’s only complaint was the wicked wings weren’t wicked/spicy enough.

The cashier (Liliana) was very rude and grabbed my money in a very rude way when she gave me the food she gave it to me very rudely and quickly closed the window not even a thank you !!! I don’t understand people if you don’t like that job then you find need to find another job.. I won’t go back there I was disappointed…

Great experience. Clara is the best employee to have. Efficient, friendly and all the employees seems to love working with her. I’ve never walked in GC without her saying hello and having a big smile on her face. She really looks like she nuts her job!!!

Every time lately our order has been wrong and every time I decide to give them another chance they disappoint. They left out fried okra on 3 separate occasions that we got the 20 pc. Family meal. This time they gave us fries instead of okra and our mashed potatoes container was only half full. Several years ago I gave this location 5 stars but it’s gone downhill. With the price they charge it’s really disappointing. I used to avoid Chicken Express in Gilmer because of their prices but they’ve never gotten our order wrong and I know what I’ll be paying for.

We walked in to two employees eating in the dining rm, we waited several mins before what I assume was the mgr who stomped over & took our order. I went to fill my drink & told him they was out of Dr. Pepper. He ignored me & walked off. So basically I didn’t get a drink I payed for
No apology, nothing. We waited for our order only to get home to find a chick sandwich which consisted of two chick strips smashed between two smashed rolls. The manager acted as if he was upset because we interrupted his meal. If I could give this place less than 1 star I would.
