Donovan runs a tight ship! Everyone was courteous during my visit. Greeted when I walked in, had my order taken and fulfilled expeditiously. Order was fresh. Was worth me letting people know this is a great location.

I had placed an order inside for roasted chicken the plate came out dried out so bad, I informed the mngr., I didn’t want that so she refunded that part of order. But also I had a kids meal and had gotten two side and no drink.. So I’m just gonna put this right here and let you figure it out. And then when I call the same manager answered the phone (I had asked) and I tell her what was going on and she said the kids meal doesn’t come with sauce, I would have had to purchase and then I told her about the side and what it looked like and she said just bring it back she’ll replace it….. no apologies nothing!!!!

Just left the Cedar Hill location and the service was great. I placed an online order and I did not get the pickup time correct. I called the store and the manager was super nice and understanding and gladly fixed my pickup time. Also the host Zakaiya was great. Thanks Cedar Hill Golden Chick for a great experience. Oh BTW food was spot on.

I didn’t think they could get any worse, but to my surprise. I’d give zero stars if I could. I ordered a piece catfish at 5:20 went on the restaurant at 5:36 the young man that took my order had his backpack on clearly signaling he was about to be off work, dapped up his coworkers walked out, walked back in making eye contact with me for the 2nd time, it’s finally my turn in the line, because I’m patiently waiting behind 3 other people placing & picking up orders only to find out mine was never made… just shut this one down… desoto is sufficient oh and this is the 2nd time I’ve experienced this and it will DEFINITELY BE MY LAST!! I’ll just drive to Desoto where this has NEVER HAPPENED in my 16 years of eating there.

I ordered wicked wings flats only over the intercoms 2x and the associate ignored me. After she read the order back I explicitly asked again and she put it on the screen. My order did not have it and I asked the associate she said the manager said they tried to give it me so I asked to speak to the manager. She said of ALL the chicken she only had 3 flats. The service was poor and I feel like the associate and manager gave me a hard time for no reason. I offered to pay the .65 because I order this often and they both looked confused. Customer service training requested.
