Bombom coffee
– Served hot. A strong shot of espresso, served with the perfect amount of condensed milk for a well blended drink. It wasn’t bitter, nor overwhelmingly sweet.
Pelua Arepa
– I expected this to be doughier considering its appearance, but it was very light and crisp, like a thin slice of toast without the crust, crispy, airy, but not crumbly! Also it had just the perfect amount of cheese, not overwhelming, not greasy either. The shredded beef was juicy and complimented with the bun well. Not salty, very savory. Definitely a top choice. Would recommend!
Chicken Pesto Sandwich
– This was honestly a gold standard for a chicken pesto sandwich. They served it up with freshly crushed cherry tomato, and an insane amount of cheese. Very filling. It was a bit hard to tear/ cut in half for us to share, as the bottom slice was a bit dense.
Chicken Empanada
– Juicy interior, crispy exterior, consistent throughout. Very well seasoned. Sauce was very appetizing. The salsa was perfect as well.
Ground beef empanada deep fried. Great flavor served hot with side of ranch sauce. I added a little hot sauce.
Chicken salad sandwich served on warm croissant. Seasoned with fresh black pepper.
Chicken and basil served on warm ciabatta roll with tomatoes and cheese.
Tres leches cake. Served cold with a side of coffee. We will definitely be back. Give them a try Topeka! Food is great! And this girl is working hard. Space is limited inside
