By the grace of God, every order that ive gotten here has always been correct and just done right. And everyone who works there, that ive encountered is just really nice. Ive come maybe four times since I first tried Golden chick. I also appreciate that they are pretty fast. Even getting it in delivery, nothing was missing, all items of food were just right. I visited this Golden Chick location on 3/3/26 with my daughter, who was so excited to use the quarter egg machine. Unfortunately, a staff member (I believe her name was Petronila) immediately informed us it was out of service. As a result, my daughter was silently devastated.
However, some time later during our meal, Petronila came by our table and gave her a goodie bag as compensation. My daughter was beyond excited, and it helped carry her through the rest of the day!
I truly appreciate people like Petronila who go above and beyond to make things right. Her thoughtfulness and kindness turned what could have been a disappointing experience into a memorable one. Thank you, Petronila

I got the 9 piece special and made the mistake of getting the roasted chicken. It was very rubbery. I would have done better getting a whole chicken from a grocery store and wished I had gotten fried here, but the sides and rolls were excellent.

THERE WERE 3 BUGS IN MY DRINK!
Don’t go here often, but the last time i did they forgot my extra gravy and roll. Gave them another shot today on my lunch break, and they were using 2 liter bottles to pour drinks. I’ve worked fast food before, so i get it. Maybe their stations were down, and they had to think quick. The problem i had was THERE WERE 3 BUGS IN MY DRINK! Took my kid off to eat the ice, and found a black dot staring at me, until i realized there was a wing attached to it. Found another one on the side of my cup, along with one in the left over soda at the very bottom. Looks like that was my last time eating there ever again…

I visited the location on Sunday 12/07/25 around 5:30ish. Maybe 5:45. The girl at the window was great from start to finish. And the food was hot and fresh. I wish all the Golden Chicken could be like this

The quality has gone down while the prices have gone up. $9.49 for a 3 tender combo. Look how tiny the tenders are! My straw was also sealed shut. This was such a disappointing experience. I have been coming here for years, but I don’t think I am going to return if this is what they consider good service.
