Waited 25 mins in the drive thru after I ordered which is way too long considering I only saw 2 cars in front of me. When they handed me the drink, it was spilling over the sides all the way to the bottom and got my hands and car sticky. Basic customer service would be to clean off of the cup before handing it over or just remake it but they didn’t even bother. The food was good though (spicy tenders, fries, and Mac and cheese).

At 9pm, a chicken place doesn’t have chicken. We ordered a side of mash potatoes, it came in this tiny pint that doesn’t have gravy and looked like someone already ate it. We ordered a side of fries and it’s barely any in the box. I understand that you’re closing in an hour but it’s gotta be better.

I left a review before about a black spot in my chicken, I was contacted quickly and the issue was resolved. I had no issues then but the same issue happened again yesterday. It really seems as if this Lavon location keeps making the same mistake. I’ll include pictures from both incidents. The first picture will be the most recent incident.

The food was great. But I ordered my food (2 box meals) for pick up and I went to the store 10 minutes later through the drive-through and they told me to wait in the front because it was not done yet. I kid you not 20minutes passed and my food was still not done so I called them and they told me it was almost done so I waited some more after I got to the 40 minute mark I called again and they told me the food was ready and I told them they asked me to wait outside and they told me to come inside and get it even though they told me they would bring it to me and had me parked waiting. I don’t even know when the food was ready. I had to call and ask because they told me to wait outside for it. very slow order here if you’re OK waiting almost an hour

Absolutely the worst experience we’ve had yet. They completely got our order wrong, and I guess we should have checked our order before we left, but a LOT of waiting cars behind us. So we couldn’t. We’ll never eat here again. So disappointed. Takes forever! We thought about leaving several times. Took us almost 30 minutes waiting in the drive thru. What a waste of money and time.
