Ordered a $6 combo with 3 tenders and upgraded the side to fries for an extra dollar. When I arrived at home they sent the meal with mashed potatoes with gravy. I finally got in contact with the store, I just wanted to get my refund on my next order. The girl said, “you need to have the receipt and the food for her to fix the ticket. No next time for “Golden Chick”.

Their night crew is useless!! They need a completely new crew, 6 workers and I was the only customer. Waited 20 minutes for an Uber order that only had 15 wings!! I will never come to this location for anything. It’s sad I love black people who are working trying to make a living but all the night workers need to be fired immediately!!

The night crew needs training or to be fired. I thought it was called FAST FOOD for a reason, I made an online order and waited 20 minutes after arriving to pick up my order. How do chili’s logans and bricktown brewery have faster service? The restaurant was completely empty and instead of giving me my order, then continuing the talking and playing after. They talked and played the whole time, I had to keep asking them how much longer. I will never visit this location again, most fast food restaurants are short staffed. I counted atleast 6 workers (well i guess I can’t call them workers cause no work was getting done).

Golden chick is one of my all time favorite places! This place has some of the best chicken wings. The Lotta Zing seasoning is just phenomenal! Can’t help but douse whatever chicken I’m eating with it. The wings, strips, fried and roasted chicken are sooooo good! Jalapeño poppers, mashed potatoes, Mac and cheese and other sides are amazing. But I can’t be more serious about that Lotta Zing seasoning. I keep a shaker at my desk and at home. It’s that good. I suggest you try it! The catfish is good as well. All of it is enjoyable!

I received cold food, no seasoning that i had bought, no napkins or straws, or silverware. I had gone through the drive thru and the person that was at the window hurriedly handed me my order and said “Here’s your full order !” Then slammed the window in my face without so much as a have a good evening or anything ! I went through the drive through and ordered $53 worth of chicken and when I got home my some took a bite of his chicken strip and said ewww. The chicken was completely raw on the inside!! I had to go to work so I called the place and of course no answer.
