Went for dinner. Got their 2 for $25 deal – 1 appetizer, 2 entrees from a select list. Ordered the onion rings for the appetizer. They were big and delicious. Ordered the grilled cheese cheeseburger and half rack of ribs, both with fries. The fries were too salty and flimsy. Needed to be cooked more.
The bartender was our server. I know she was busy but we had to ask for eating utensils and napkins. Did not get any plates for the appetizer.
The manager did stop by our table and asked how our meals were. We told him our concerns. He offered to make us some new fries but we were all ready to leave. Fries to go wouldn’t be good cold.

Read the reviews! My Salmon was burnt! DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE! THE WORST SERVICE I’VE HAD IN THE AREA! THE MANAGER HAS NO CLUE WHAT CUSTOMER SERVICE IS! THE BARTENDER TELLS A PATRON I WAS MAD! THEN WAS THREATED BY A GUY AT THE BAR! THEY DON’T HAVE WHAT IS ON THE MENU!

We utilized the carry out services for our visit. All website advertisements and physical in-person signs indicate that you pull up to the building and someone will be out to see you. I waited for fifteen minutes past the expected time to pick my food up. I finally decided to call the store. The lady that answered was very short with me and rudely said that most people just call the store instead of waiting. I told her that it might help to update the signs and she said nothing. I spoke up next and asked when my food would be ready and she said “well I guess I’ll go check to see if it’s done”. A few moments later she came out, handed me a receipt with a pen, I assumed I needed to sign, I handed it back, she handed me my food, and then she walked without speaking a single word. Needless to say the customer service was very disappointing.

i’m gonna get straight to the point. Employees drinking on the job, FOUND PLASTIC TAG IN MY FOOD???, waited an hour for this said shitty food, steak was somehow so raw in the middle it was practically mooing at me but outside was overcooked?! how do you even do that. anyways, also manager’s kid was screaming loudly the whole time. Only got 1 refill also, even though we sat right next to the bar where the employees and managers were ‘hanging out’ (drinking), and we were the only table around them. Best to not even get this place a chance. This was at 7-8pm Sunday. Disappointing truly, this place is usually good.

Haven’t been to Applebee’s in a while went, tonight had great service Rondale is a awesome manager, we love there new menu and service was friendly Kevin ,thanks for everything wold highly recommend . Wasn’t the same experience a few weeks go. Way to go Applebee’s nice Upgrade in management.

I will say by the look of things management must be lacking. We walked in and told it was a 30 min wait due to kitchen staff overwhelmed.
I felt bad for the staff, you can tell they get no support.

Ordered take out based on Reviewbrah’s recommendation for the 9.99 chicken sandwich, fries, and drink. Worth it, and blows the fast food restaurants in Xenia out of the water. Excellent price/quality ratio. Massive chicken breast sandwich, loads of crisp fries, and a large drink. Wish they had a drive thru window! Thanks for a great meal. Looking forward to try the bacon burger. Keep on keeping on, this is how it is done, hope you enjoyed the dollar shirts 🙂

Their server Jojo like to make fun of a persons death. Disgusting.. just had them for the first time in years and their food absolutely gone down hill. They were super short staffed. Celery was covered in black specks and they never even offered to replaced it after showing it to the waitress. Food taste like it’s microwaved. It used to be a really good spot to eat not sure what happened…
