This place offers fantastic customer service! The atmosphere is welcoming, and the staff exudes a genuine desire to be there. Lorenzo, my cashier, was incredibly pleasant and attentive. I ordered the 9-piece spicy pickle wings with a side of macaroni and rice, and surprisingly, I didn’t need a drink.
As I waited for my food, I was informed that fresh wings were being prepared. I didn’t mind waiting at all. It was during this time that a gospel song from my childhood started playing. I couldn’t resist singing along and dancing to the song. Before the song ended, my food was ready. I wanted to finish my song, so I lingered a bit longer.
As the song ended and I was about to leave, another familiar song came on. It was almost as if I was in a different place, just to listen to that song. I couldn’t help but feel a sense of joy and contentment.
Ms. Amber, whatever you’re doing, keep doing it. I’ve never had such a heartfelt experience in a fast-food restaurant. I absolutely love it!

One of my newest favorite pick me ups! My fav is the catfish & zing sauce is divine! Their chicken fried or rotisserie style are both incredible. Their desserts, sides, drinks, atmosphere are wonderful especially for families & singles! You can’t go wrong with anything. Their food is great, service is great, and they’re always super kind to me.

This place was expensive to me for the small amount of food I got but it was hot and made to order. Their food was more sweet than savory; Ik I’m not the only one who got funnel cake flavor from their batter, which I did not like. Glad I tried it though

I went inside and got it to go. The store looked new and very clean. The service was fast enough. The soda machine was turned off and they had to come turn it on. When I went to fill my cup it blasted soda all over my hand, arm and cup. After I dried off and went to throw the napkins away the only trash can was on the other side of the store. The food tasted decent but nothing to brag about. The macaroni and cheese was pretty mushy. The fried chicken was pretty greasy.

I walked in ordered my food and was rushed by a waiter and seated immediately, service is amazing with little to no wait. The experience was especially memorable due to a manager on site named Dominique Beitle, such an amazing person with a great personality and awesome customer service skill. Had a nice special that all of the kids got and had some leftover for later. I got wingettes and they were seasoned great and freshly cooked. Even had a healthy side of green beans. I enjoyed the meal. Also kid friendly.

We decided to give it a try yesterday and all 3 aspects of our visit, food, atmosphere and service were perfect. Friendly staff, clean dining room, and great food served super quickly.
