I will never eat here again. It was a bunch of teenage girls that was waiting tables and working the drive-thru which I didn’t mind but why me and my boyfriend were waiting on our food one of the waitresses told the manager Gary to go hide here he comes here he comes and it wasn’t a nice here he comes it was like oh God here he comes hi Gary he’s coming in here and it was very the way I took it I was like who is this person that they don’t like you know well I looked in at the door and here comes a young man and the one of the waitresses was like Gary’s not here and the boy said I just saw and stand in here I know he’s here and then the boy proceeded on to go to the bathroom and it broke my heart because the boy was I’d say you know maybe a little slow and he seemed like he was very introverted person you know a little awkward and it just broke my heart that the way these girls acted and how rude they were us to this man. I would never want anyone to treat my family member or my brother or my uncle or my father or my grandfather and the manner that they treated this boy and for the manager to not set an example for these young ladies and speak up and say that’s not how we treat our customers. And I know these young ladies are learning but it’s the point that the manager didn’t even bother to let these ladies know this is not how we treat customers and engage with them this is not how we treat another human being it saddens my heart to know that people are being treated that way for no reason. I and I will never eat at that location again

10/14/2025-Placed an online order for dinner on 09/30/2025, to be able to use the promos in the app. The drive-thru was extremely hectic. From what we could tell, the staff were cranking out orders as quickly as possible.
The gentleman who handed us the order was prompt & courteous. Our meals were what we’ve come to know & love from Gold Star…Delish!

They only gave me buns, hot dogs , and cheese on 4 coneys but I didn’t notice until after eating one and it was dry as hell . I called back the same night when noticed & was told to bring receipt and pictures . I lost the receipt and honestly don’t remember getting one but I came in the next day with the pictures and transaction from my card . The manager didn’t even speak with me but through another employee and told her without receipt can’t get them and because I had 4 but the cost was $8 which I’m not sure why but to take it up with another manager . That was very ignorant on the employees who made the food and also the manager . I’ve worked in fast food restaurants and treated anyone else’s food like I would my owns whether I was ready to go home or not but unfortunately people don’t think like that. As for the manager very unprofessional to even speak through employees as if I have to lie about 4 cheese coneys and didn’t even have the decency to come look at my pictures . I was never refunded or received a remake and won’t be coming back if it was any of their food they would have been just as mad.

We ordered three number ones. One was supposed to have onions and it didn’t. And the three ways had little chilli in the middle. You would have thought that they cook knows ,people can see everything they’re doing when they’re standing up front. She would have prepared the orders a little better. Whomever your female cook is. You can tell by the look on her face. That she didn’t want to be there, just doesn’t care. Day of service 9-12-25 6::30-7:00. .

Food is always great tasting and hot. Service is fast and friendly. Restaurant is clean and always looks brand knew. When you walk in, Gary the manager always greets you and welcomes you.

My Cheeseburger was great. Plain fries were just ok, but the Parmesan cheese fries were straight fire. Shakes were better than expected. I’m not always in the mood for chili so I’m glad their other food is so good. Highly recommend.
