If you haven’t tried their burgers yet, you are really missing out. This has nothing to do with Cincinnati-style chili. The type of burgers are thin and are somewhat like Freddy’s, but much better. Now for a little about chili. As far as chili goes, the cheese coneys at Gold Star are the best Cincinnati-style I’ve had. I like all the ones I’ve had, but this ranks #1 for me. Try the burgers if you haven’t – and if you have then I hope you enjoy your next one like I will! The crinkle cut fries are great, too!

The young girl with blonde hair who works in the drive-through is an exceptional member of staff. Today, I made a mistake with my burger order, but she quickly corrected it in a friendly and professional manner, showcasing her value as an asset to the company. Not only is the food fantastic, but the entire staff is friendly and accommodating, making every interaction feel like a pleasant experience for me and my family.

The staff was adorable and kind. My food was not great, though. My order was wrong, and the burger was soggy, and I couldn’t even pick it up to eat it at all. My shake was melted and it was pretty disappointing bc I was so hungry and in a hurry to feed myself before finishing my work day.

Arrived just before 12 pm. Super friendly staff, fast service and great food. The coneys are the best in the area. Must try the bacon chili cheese fries as well. If you have a sweet tooth, the shakes are amazing. I recommend the strawberry shortcake shake!

Went for a fantastic burger and crispy fries! Was not disappointed. Fast and friendly service at the drive thru also. Love the Maineville location. Always get great service and fantastic burgers. Didn’t get a shake this time. Maybe next. They are so good!

Used my credit card for the first time this year at this location on Thursday may 11th for $25 total bill. Within a couple hours my credit card gets hit for over $150 in online purchases to a clothing store coincident I think not.

It was ok. Everyone was nice but the food was lukewarm at best. It should at least be hot. The fries were hot and fresh but the chili and spaghetti were about the same temperature as the cheese, room temperature.

Show up at 1030am, website says opens at 10am, sign on door says opens 10am. Get to the door its locked, 2 workers inside, one even seen me try to open the door. She goes back to looking at her phone.
