Not as good as it once was. Portions are skimpy and servers take their time to seat you. Didn’t get a drink refill till I asked for it, even tho our server walked past us several times. Servers attitudes leave much to be desired.

I will be honest with all of you, this is the best restaurant I’ve ever been to. Not because of the food, not because of the service, not because of how clean the restaurant itself is, but the entire experience as a whole. I will tell you one thing, if you go to this gold star on a Saturday or Sunday morning you will not only have the best waitress that could ever possibly serve you, but also get the best food. I highly recommend everyone and their mother to head over to gold star chili in wilder on Saturday and Sunday afternoon. You will not regret it. I can’t wait to go back this weekend to experience it all over again.

This family has the best Gold Star in town, it’s not just the product it’s the people! With the lack of help at the restaurant the owner and family that work there give a smile and if they have the time chat, I always stop after a Bengals win and the BOGO the next day!!! Love this place!

First time for a Double Decker at Gold Star. Turkey and Bacon with Swiss. Could have used more Turkey and Swiss. Bacon was excellent serving amount. White bread lightly toasted. Over all a very clean fresh sandwich a bit pricey for what it is but service was fast. Great place for a quick lunch.

I love this Gold Star in Wilder! The staff is very friendly and the place is clean. I go out of my way just to come to this location just for the burritos! It’s nice to go to a chili place that actually serves chili without hamburgers. I hope this location doesn’t change like the rest of them. You can get a burger anywhere so it’s nice to just have chili!

I was hiking at AJ Jolly and needed a quick meal. I started to order 3 conies and then I realized they had foot longs right now. So I got one of those and it was amazing. They must have been a little busy b/c the food took about 5 to 7 minutes. When I got it though it was amazing.

Hey, It’s Goldstar. I don’t get too excited about Cincinnati Chili diners. I had a four way. It was just fine. The place was clean. The service was what might be expected. I don’t have a strong preference for Goldstar. It’s about the same as Skyline, but slightly different flavor.

5 way chili very good. Chicken pecan salad also very good but more care should be given to the chicken. Three pieces had bone or gristle or a band of fat….not quite sure but did not keep in my mouth long enough to find out.
