Just stopped in for a quick snack and some sodas. Waitress was friendly. We had some Chili Fries they came out hot and fresh tasted great. Would definitely try this place again if we are ever in Pueblo Colorado. Bunch of little shops close by in walking distance as well. Wasn’t very busy at the time when we went in about 3pm.

Excellent experience. Waiter was great, burgers were perfect. Onion rings were good, but an order only had 5 rings. Curly fries were cooked good and seemed like the oil had been changed recently. We would recommend this place.

Solo lunch. When I’m downtown and on Union Avenue, I enjoy frequenting the Gold Dust. The Bamb Burger was a special with a tasty combination of ground beef and lamb. Feeling adventurous, I ordered it.
Delicious!
The patty was stuffed with basil, sun-dried tomato, pesto mayo, balsamic arugula, and fried prosciutto. Great flavor combos. The side salad made my lunch complete.
I enjoy my visits to this restaurant. Many times I’m alone for a meal and sit at the bar.
The staff makes me feel safe and welcome.

We went to Gold Dust Saloon on a Monday afternoon around 2ish. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The decor was reminiscent of the past with modern updates and quality seating. We were seated without a wait time and offered drinks immediately. The draft selection is great! Tried a Scottish ale, a hazy IPA, and a blonde wheat ale. All were great, and local! We ordered the fried pickles to share as an appetizer. They were hot and delicious. SECRET HACK: Must get the DIABLO sauce for dipping. It’s spicy! But sooo tasty! They also have a green chili ranch which was fresh and so complimenting to the dill. I ordered the fried buttermilk chicken sandwich with curly fries – huge servings!! Saved at least half to take home. My partner ordered the mac and cheese slopper. Both entrees were exceptional on taste, presentation, and price! Yum! We ordered the boozy sundae as a dessert. The rich chocolate and creamy caramel were perfect pairing on top the vanilla bean ice cream. We will definitely return and recommend everyone to try this local spot in Pueblo!

Service and genuine welcoming warmth that lifted my spirits – but they burger was the main draw. This thing was bigger then the picture, flavored perfectly, cooked exactly as I ordered it but the real kicker was that every topping stayed on until the third to last bite. my only complaint is that I didn’t order the heavier burger because I whooped it down so fast!

The Gold Dust has gone through a few iterations over the years but the most recent menu makeover and better quality dining tables and chairs made the visit more inviting. Menu is more diverse and unique and really makes you want to try several things… that a good sign. One major change is that everything is Ala Carte, and above average pricing. The chicken sandwich I ordered was almost $20… a price you’d expect to include fries and a drink, certainly surprising from a restaurant that is essentially just a bar. But ok, I don’t mind that pricing method and amount if you’re getting an exceptional product… unfortunately it wasn’t and this is not due to the product itself but due to the type and execution of the bun it was served in. The bun is white and almost like a brioche bun but not quite. It’s a very dense and heavy bun, and if it’s not completely toasted and served immediately, it turns into hard and tasteless dough not letting you enjoy the rest of the sandwich. The chicken fillet was big, probably 6 oz or more and was hand breaded and fried perfectly. The cheese, pickles, lettuce and condiments were done well. When the server asked how things were I told her all was excellent except the bun. She immediately apologized and had the bun replaced. Great customer service but unfortunately, it was the same dense texture, so I enjoyed the product without the bun and was fine. My final point is that if an establishment chooses to charge very premium prices, every order needs to be of exceptional quality. Sorry but Gold Dust missed that boat this time. I hope they take a look at the bun type and serving process and make some improvements. If so, then the higher pricing will be worth it.

Had a great lunch at the Gold Dust yesterday. The green chili slopper was awesome. You can’t go wrong with a burger drenched in green chili. The atmosphere and the customer service were great. The Gold Dust is also a great place to have a nice cold beer as well. Be sure to make a stop at the Gold Dust when in Pueblo Colorado, you won’t be disappointed.
