Found Gogiya during a trip to Davie and might just be the reason I’m willing to drive 1.5h every weekend! This spot was a hidden gem for real. The restaurant is clean, quiet, service is friendly and helpful, good price, and ofc DELICIOUS & authentic! Ordered the marinated short rib (no bone) and it was PHENOMENAL! Perfect size for 2 people to share and brought tasty sides as well. 10/10 would recommend. Can’t wait to go back!

I love Korean food so I was excited to try this location. I made a reservation for a Friday evening, but the restaurant was pretty empty when we came in. Our server was a little ruff around the edges and seemed to assume that we didn’t know about the dishes. Once we started ordering she softened up a bit.

great food !!!! not one dish that was just average . got the ttekboeki, fried chicken , dolsot bibimbap, and BBQ ribs! there were all fantastic, plus the peach tea drink was good too!! the waitress was super nice despite having to bus like 3 other tables, and was very accommodating to a vegetarian meal plan! highly recommend going, overall really nice experience :}

Absolutely delicious! Everything is made to order, so it may take a little longer than usual to get your order but trust me it’s worth the wait! The kimchi stew was flavorful, and comforting. I would say it was my favorite thing, other than pork belly that was cooked to perfect (slightly charred, tender and juicy). In just one visit this has become a local favorite for me.
