It’s been a few years since I’ve been at Gogi Bibimbap. They have since changed ownership and improved the decor, while also offering more drinks and specials. I like that they still have that open kitchen concept, so you can see that process. I’m glad they kept the menu pretty small and simple, to me, it shows their focus on doing well couple dishes. My friend and I shared Korean fried chicken, a mini kimchi pancake, dolsot bibimbap (I love that you get to choose between white and Korean rice) and galbi. It was a good experience, and the employees were nice. We’ll definitely be back

This place is perfect! My mom and I came in for a late lunch and loved it. The atmosphere is so cute. I came in knowing I wanted a gogi wrap, and the man at the register gave me some suggestions and it turned out delicious. Both he and the woman working were so polite, I can’t wait to come back and try something else.

My girlfriend and I came here tonight for the Vegan Nite, and it did not disappoint!
We started with mini kimchi pancakes and some Bibimbap. Highly recommend the Chickpea Kongjang. For our entrees, we got the Vegan Bulgogi Bibimbap and the Deluxe Tteokbokki with ramen noodles. Everything was AMAZING!
It’s so hard to find vegan Korean food, and we are so grateful for Gogi Bibimbap!

I had a great experience at Gogi Bibimbap! The food was absolutely delicious. The service was outstanding. The staff was warm, attentive, and made sure everything was just right. Quality, delicious food with fresh and customizable ingredients. Min is friendly and personable, and talking with him made our dinner really fun. The seating area is really spacious and casual, so you don’t feel cramped or uncomfortable. The menu has a selection of great options, so there’s no overwhelming with choices. A lot of fun flavourful imported soft drinks and bottled teas, as well as the usual coke and Pepsi products.

Best bibimbap I’ve had since moving to Richmond. Not as traditional as Annandale with the tray of pickled veggies but the price and flavor was exquisite. No extra sauce required when ording the traditional bibimbap with beef (bulgogi). You can choose whether your egg is fried long or sunny side up, the staff was very friendly and accommodating and the environment was upbeat and welcoming.
P.s. Happy to find a place that helps avoid the city tax by coming to Henrico and the parking is more than adequate.

Amazingly delicious Korean food! Was great to find this conveniently located restaurant after shopping the day away. Inside is nothing fancy, but cook was pleasant and explained dishes. The food was great! I ordered the Dolsot Bibimbap, which was very flavorful and sizzling hot! And after dinner you can walk next door and finish on a sweet note at the donut shop.
