I bought a veggie pizza with extra cheese from this restaurant and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. First and foremost, I found a human hair baked into one of the slices — which is completely unacceptable and made me feel sick.
On top of that, even though I kindly asked for extra cheese, the pizza didn’t taste cheesy at all. The ingredients used seemed low-quality, and the overall flavor was bland and unsatisfying.
I also noticed that the staff were not wearing head covers or gloves, which raises serious concerns about hygiene and food safety — and may explain how the hair ended up in the food.
Hygiene and food quality should be basic standards for any restaurant, and sadly, this place failed on both fronts. I won’t be buying from here again.
On a positive note, I do want to mention that one of the staff members — a woman — was kind and helpful during the visit, which I appreciated.
