Is this the last Godfather’s pizza in the world? They used to be all over the place. In fact, I worked at a Godfather’s while in high school, and then after I got out of the Navy. I loved their pizza.
I wasn’t really that hungry, but when I saw the sign on the freeway telling me that there was a Godfather’s at the next exit…well, one needn’t twist my arm. I took that exit.
I was disappointed that it was just some kind of express Godfather’s inside a gas station/convenience store. There was a heater case with mini pizzas ready-to-eat. I grabbed a sausage one and ate it in my car in the parking lot.
Godfather’s may not be the best pizza in the world, but there is no other place that has a sauce and a crust that tastes like that. Very distinctive and it brought back good memories. I got back on the road to Nashville with a full belly and happiness.

I used to never like pizza til I tried Godfathers…I will not eat any other …yummy!!!!!

The pizza is amazing, but their hours are terrible. And on top of that they frequently close earlier than the stated time.
