My fiancé, his son and I came in late in the evening after the son’s soccer game. The employee behind the counter was having a conversation with another employee about how busy they were as we were trying to get our order in. He then complained to us about how they were getting “slammed” with orders and that they were so busy it was going to take about 45 minutes for our pizza. He then turned to his co worker, who seemed to have an attitude about the complaints, and said, exasperated, “I don’t know what to do!!” By this time ten or so other parents with their children from the soccer team had a line to the door behind us. We decided to leave and go somewhere else. I later discovered that the soccer team had called two days ahead to let the restaurant know they were going to come in.
We didn’t get dine in, takeout or delivery. I know godfathers pizza is pretty good so we were very disappointed with the customer service.

Disappointed for the first time. Pizza base is not cooked, even the cheese is not melted and We found strings of cold cheese and pizza filled with sauce and completed drenched the pizza box. Never expected this from Godfather’s. We called and got our order delivered again but it’s not good either.
Definitely going to take a break from ordering from one of our favorite pizza place in town.

Our order was an hour and a half late. We called the store for over 30 minutes with no answer. When someone finally picked up, we were told our delivery had already been out for 20 minutes… and it still never showed up. When we did speak to someone, they said they’d give us a refund but couldn’t deliver the food at all.The customer service was absolutely shitty, and I will never order from them again. Totally unacceptable.

Went to go get my Streusels from here. I order a cinnamon and chocolate chip. When I arrived they tell me they ran out of chocolate chip so they changed it to a apple one. I then told the staff I am allergic to apples. They told me they used a different spatula for both Streusels.

Best thin crust pepperoni! When we drive to Rochester, we love stopping here for pizza. Delicious and hot. Friendly service, too. Wish we had a Godfather’s closer to us.
