Ordered online, food came 40 minutes late. Once we sat to eat we realized we had the wrong pizza. Delivery driver told me pizzas are so late because everyone at the store is sitting arround on their phones. Very disappointing.

3+ hours for a delivery for the toppings not to be on the side, cheese and toppings stuck to wax paper they put on the top for God knows what reason, one of the sides were wrong, and they forgot our cherry coke. Ordered at 7:30 pm and got our food at 10:40pm. Ridiculous.
I called the restaurant at 10:45 and the manager apologized. He said he voided my check and refunded my money, but the charge went through anyway. $46.60 that we literally threw away. Buyer beware ⚠️

I placed a to go order at 7:30 and was told it would be ready in 20 minutes. I was also told that they close at eight so I needed to pick up my order before 8. It is now 8:42 and I am still sitting outside the drive thru window……
One star is a generous rating tonight.
Update…..after waiting at the drive thru window for over an hour I finally got my pizza. But there was a problem…..they handed over a partial order. So I waited for my taco pizza as the rest of my order was getting cold. I gave up on drive thru service and went inside to pick up my missing pizza. Took them another 15 minutes to “cut my pizza into slices”. After spending nearly an hour and a half picking up my pizza I got home and my taco pizza was actually garlic bread and I am not sure what my bread sticks were. To the person who got my taco pizza, I just want you to know it was a meatless order. I hope you enjoyed it. . To the owner of Godfathers……I have no idea what the problem was on Sunday night but I would suggest that you fix it. I was not the only disgruntled customer standing there an hour after closing time.

Ordered pizza at 6:09 for pickup. I was told it would be ready by 7:20. My husband left at 7:15 and it’s 8 and he texted saying he is still waiting for it. Then they have the nerve to ask for a tip. Definitely not going back here, worth the drive to Spencer.

I ordered pizza at 7:40 and I was told it would be delivered between 8:30 and 9 but it didn’t show up. I even called before they closed at 9 and was told it was ready and that she would be delivering it but it’s 9:21 and our pizza still hasn’t showed up yet my card was charged. I’m livid!!!!

Pizza arrived over an hour from the estimated delivery time and wasn’t hot. I would have appreciated some sort of notification of the delay. I could have came and got it. Not the first time this has happened with this location. I’d suggest ordering for pick up.
