Did a online order . Sent my daughter to pick up my order , she waited 15 to 20 minutes before leaving . Godfathers is 6 miles away from our house . When she arrived she had to wait another 30 minutes ,because the girl said the pad didn’t notify her of our order . That was fi e , but the pizza when we received it had all the toppings in the middle and like a inch and a half of just crust. The cheese stick have all the cheese in the middle . We had to cut the pizza at home because it was half cut, .pizza is dry and tasteless. Order was 48 dollars and she refunded my daughter 10 dollars for her wait .Godfather use to be the best . It will be a long while before I return .

We hadn’t ordered from her in a while and normally have a good experience. Tonight I called to place an order, was hung up on twice then the lady taking my order was obviously not listening to me because she got my order and name wrong several times. After paying $40 in pizza it was a shame to get home and one of our pizzas were burnt. The supreme was fine is the only reason they are getting one star. I will think twice before ordering from here again.

At there today 11-20-22 had 3 pepperoni rolls, and 3 slices of pizza. Nothing more delicious than finding white yellowish looking animal hair on pizza and on the pepperoni rolls. Pepperoni rolls was rock hard but thanks to them being nearly unbeatable I was tearing it apart to eat the center as hair fell off of it! Can’t believe we left a tip! Promise it won’t happen again. My daughter found the same hair on her pizza thanks guys!

Pizza is always good every time we order. Little pricey but well worth it. Wish y’all had a menu that had prices on it so I didn’t have to call and ask how much a pizza was. That’s why I gave y’all 4 stars. But other then that everything is great! And another great thing is y’all are only 10 mins from my house!

We are traveling from NC to Ohio, the guy working there was nice but the pizza wasn’t all that great at all. Maybe it waa because they were about to close but my 5 year old who loves cheese pizza couldn’t even finish it. I wasted $7. The only reason why I gave it a 3 is because of the worker.

Showed up at 8:15 and asked if they could make a pepperoni pizza and they said they close at 10 that they wasn’t making any more pizza they were going to clean up and the only pizzas they had on the rack was a sausage pizza and some breakfast pizza at 8:30 at night. Definitely need better customer service.

Well they up there doing nothing. Been on hold 1hr and 10 min. Can hear everything going on. They will not pick up the phone. Subway and little general won’t even answer there phone. Always some kind of bs when trying to order a pizza up there. That’s why we don’t buy much of anything up there anymore. The GODFATHERS definitely needs some new management.
