The food authentic Jamaican cuisine but with a little down grade so Mainers can enjoy it. I mean that there is little to no spice in the main dishes. I ordered the medium oxtail plate which was cooked really well just sad that it didn’t have the spice that I am used to. I also had a beef patty and that was on point. It was good amount of spice. I enjoyed it, worth a visit. Tyce is a wonderful woman with good vibes.

This place is a hidden gem! Tyce brings the rich flavors and vibrant spirit of Jamaica right to Main (and straight to your belly). I had the curry goat, mac and cheese, and candied yams; each dish was absolutely delicious. I also tried her homemade sorrel, which was the perfect refreshing touch. I’d never had it before and it was a HIT amongst my family who ate with me.
I wish I had snapped a photo (of the food), but the food was so good I couldn’t wait. If you’re looking for authentic Jamaican cuisine, do yourself a favor and check this spot out. You won’t be disappointed.

We ate incredible food! The jerk pork had an amazing sweetness due to the smoker in the back, and the curry chicken was full of flavor, aromatics, and a perfect amount of sweetness. We can tell they care about their food because of how delightfully balanced everything tasted. Nothing was too spicy, too sweet, or too salty, and everything had deep flavor.
They actually soaked the rum cake in rum for 1 whole year before baking it off, and it is pure decadence. I couldn’t have enjoyed it more.
Pro tip: order the Sorrel drink. She knows how to make it, and it is impossibly delicious. As someone that works in beverage, I can’t believe how incredibly refreshing it was. It had lovely notes of warm baking spices and an almost apple-like flavor to it. So good!
We are going to come back, hopefully soon!

This little joint off Route 1 near Saco, Maine is amazing. The flavors of the food together make every single bite enjoyable. Priced just right and the atmosphere with the reggae music playing and the warm embrace Tyce gives the very moment you walk in the door is the bees knees. If you want authentic Jamaican food this IS the place to be. Will always recommend this spot to everyone I know.

Best Jerk & service in 1 place! I love the jerk wings and chicken, the unique sauce is the right amount of savory, herby, smoky goodness that transports you to the islands with every bite. Go See Tyce is delicious, consistent, and the flavors are phenomenal! I’ve tried everything, and it’s all outstanding. I always order a few meals for takeout after eating here because the portions are nice, but I can’t get enough!

Got the jerk chicken with some plantains and vegetables on the side. Everything was delicious, and I felt very welcome when I stepped inside. She even took the time to show me what all of the other food was since it was my first time there. Will definitely be going back!

We tried this Jamaican spot and were blown away by the jerk pork and curry goat.
The jerk pork was perfectly smoky, tender, and packed with bold flavor.
The curry goat was fall-apart tender and very flavorful.
The homemade Sorrel drink was also delicious.
Portions were generous and service from Tyce was exceptional. You can really tell that she loves what she does. If you love bold, flavorful food, this place is a gem.
