A friend and I went to the Chef’s Table event tonight and it was outstanding. The charcuterie here is always amazing but this was a special 6 course meal served with wine pairings. After the meal I was able to purchase a bottle of wine and a loaf of house-made olive bread to take home. I couldn’t wait to post my review and I really look forward to more events in the future!

Had a great diner here with our family. Kid friendly they even made a special kids Charcuterie for our 1.5yr old. High quality local meats and imported cheeses. Really liked the open kitchen concept. Another local gem for Albany.

The boards are beautiful and delicious. Really enjoyed the salad too. The heirloom tomatoes were awesome, perfectly ripe and really flavorful. The owner and service are also lovely and the place is really cute.
There are a couple of things that would make me love this place more. I do wish they had wine and maybe some more high end cheeses/meats (like from small purveyors or international locales) and that you could choose what you want on your board. I also think there should be a bit of mustard and a more savory bread.
Overall though it’s a great place and I hope more people check it out.

We used Grazing Oregon as the caterer for a private event in our home and couldn’t have been more pleased. Communication was excellent, and they arrived on time and were set up before our event started. The grazing table and sides were elegantly presented, absolutely delicious, and plentiful. They stayed throughout the event, helping to clean, quietly packaged up leftovers for us to keep, and slipped out without our remaining guests even noticing. Professional and perfect. Highly recommend!

Brand new place in Albany with a unique set of choices for dining. Not your typical restaurant with entrées and sides, but more akin to appetizer platters called Charcuterie boards. The focus seems to be on presentation and complementing flavors and textures. We enjoyed the very fresh and high quality berries and greens, oils, dressings and balsamic. The pickles, artichoke hearts, capers and olives were very tasty. The proscuto and salami and cheeses were also good quality and seemingly not overly processed. Not too salty. Smoked salmon was very fresh too. Honestly, though, we felt there should be a bit more quantity of food for the amount paid. See pics. The caprese platter was so yummy with a nice blending of flavors, but we expected more. It was a very pleasant experience and the wait staff was extremely friendly and attentive. Give it try for sure.

First time coming in but many more visits to come sooo good and you can customize to fit your dietary needs, I have a lactose sensitivity so opted for goat cheese and it didnt disappoint. So very delicious, highly recommend you give Grazing Oregon Charcuteries a try. All locally sourced ingredients so support our local farmers and small businesses. Next time I will sit outside on the cute patio Thank you all and see you again ❤

Came to their new location on Elsworth Street and it’s absolutely beautiful! They did a wonderful job renovating the place and a lot of the features/elements of the restaurant have special meaning to the owner. The staff was friendly and attentive. The food was amazing (I had the pizza and the Blazing Burrata appetizer). More importantly, the drinks were absolutely fantastic. I am not much of a drinker and hate most alcohols, especially whiskey. I tried a sip of a whiskey drink and went for second sip because it was so good! You can tell this restaurant cares about quality of their food and drinks and even better, most of their ingredients and alcohols are Oregon made/sourced. I highly recommend and I will definitely be back soon!

We really enjoyed our dinner here! We got the Herbie board (their vegetarian board) and the smoked salmon. Everything was delicious, and all of the little bits worked together perfectly. All of the ingredients were very high-quality and fresh. Service was excellent and the interior is adorable (though we ate outside, which was also nice). We met the owner and she was so friendly and lovely. She mentioned that they will soon be able to serve alcohol. We’ll be back, and we highly recommend!

Two of us went Saturday Sept 3, early evening. Very attentive staff, professional and tailored appearance and actions. We ordered the Smoked Board. It was lovely, but at first appearance it seemed like a tiny amount of food. Not so! We ate heartily and were stuffed. The meats were very tasty and the cheeses were great, with some we’d never tried, but loved. We tried everything with everything and created great flavors -the owner/chef told us to experiment and it was fun. Not a cheap meal, but 2 big adults with one $35 board were stuffed. We wanted the super looking desert they had but were too full. We saw another couple get the salmon board and it was beautiful. We will return!
I really liked the formality of the wait staff/hostess. This would be a great first date place and ice breaker. They do not serve wine yet, but intend to soon.
