Had a nice, cozy NYE dinner here. The place is so spacious and inviting. Our server was very friendly, gave good recommendations and didn’t rush us at all. We had sake & lychee martini for drinks, pork bao buns & playboy sushi, which was so fresh. The mains we we went with Atlantic cod and the scallops, everything was delicious. Great way to end the year!

My fiancé took me here for my birthday last night and we’re already planning on coming back! Best meal we’ve had in a long time and the service was top notch. Everything came out in a timely manner and was delicious. Can’t recommend this place enough and we’ll be back soon!

I was expecting the usual tourist offering but was pleasantly surprised! The food was unique and delicious. Even the coffee & desserts we ordered were excellent. The decor is very tasteful. Plenty of parking & room between the tables. Our server was friendly, helpful with our questions about the menu. We really had a very nice evening. I highly recommend this restaurant.

We had delicious sushi to start our night, and a great host and server who made us feel welcome. The dinner was good and nicely portioned since we had also ordered a sushi roll to split and an appetizer to split. If we hadn’t had that, we might have considered getting a dessert to round out the meal. There was a slight, and understandable mistake made for my meal, which was the blackened salmon special, but it didn’t detract from the dish, though that is where I took off a star. My partner’s meal of shrimp and pineapple skewers was enjoyable, and while I loved the plantains and thought they were great, he was hoping they would have been even more caramelized than they were. Will definitely be back!

Five of us had a wonderful evening at Go Fish. This was our first time at their new location. Creative and delicious Asian and Hawaiian inspired cocktails, sushi, appetizers and entrees. I’m Japanese and live in Hawaii so I am critical of restaurants serving sushi and Asian/Hawaiian dishes. We enjoyed the ahi, hamachi, hotate (scallop) and hirame (flounder) sushi along with gyoza dumplings and crab rangoon wontons appetizers. The raw seafood was fresh and delicately prepared. The dumplings and wontons cooked perfectly. Each of us really enjoyed our entree selections: drunken noodles, seared scallops, lobster fried rice, shrimp & veggie skewers and the halibut special. Each were deliciously seasoned and prepared perfectly. My drunken noodles was one of the best dishes I’ve had this year. A wonderful blend of Asian seasonings on the seafood and rice noodles. Prices are typical for Mystic restaurants of this quality.
The restaurant is spacious, beautifully decorated and clean. There’s a cozy outdoor seating areas with fire pits. Ample parking available on property.
They currently have specials every day, as well as a happy hour (pau hana) menu! We’ll be back for sure for happy hour and the Tuesday senior special.

We were impressed to get seated in what we considered to be a very fancy restaurant. They sat us at a table, that had some of the coolest artwork on it. Our server was amazingly friendly, though I know he was working his butt off. The drinks were great, and the food was amazing. With all the talk of staff shortages, these folks went out of our way to make us feel…served.

So where do I start?
1. We arrived for an early dinner at 4:30pm. There were probably only 5 other tables with people and somehow we got seated at a floating table in the middle, next to the sushi bar and the kitchen door. Considering how big the restaurant is and how many open tables there were that was ridiculous. We were only a party of 2.

2. I ordered the special – shrimp tempura bowl. It wasn’t shrimp tempura. It was a deep fried shrimp in the same batter as the fish and chips. Presentation was pretty but for the price? I wouldn’t get it again. 3 pieces of shrimp, 2 asparagus split into 4 pieces, and 4 slices of a red bell pepper.

3. Fish and chips – the fish was very thick cut and at the same time it fell into pieces with each bite. We’ve definitely had better elsewhere.

4. The clam chowder was underwhelming. I would not recommend it here.

5. The only item we enjoyed was the calamari.

6. On the bright side our waiter Zack was great!

Daddy/Daughter dinner date that did not disappoint. I just wish the price was a little more reasonable, $100 for two drinks and entrees plus a shared appetizer seems like a lot.

The food was delicious though, those fried Mac and Cheese bites were really good. We each got salmon just In different preparation and both fish entrees were cooked perfect and the flavor was on point.

Roasted oysters were great, calamari was pretty soggy and the ramen was just OK but for $27 a bowl with pork belly (barely any pork) is ridiculous. Overall it was ok but I probably won’t return.
