I stopped in on a Saturday early evening for some grub to go and ordered the mini 86 burger and fries. I was thrilled they offered a smaller version hamburger for $12 and it fully delivered on taste and quality. Fries were fresh and tasty as well. Highly recommend this spot!

OMG the BEST Baja fish tacos and THE BEST Mahi Mahi TACOS, IVE EVER had!! And they’re so sweet. I took my kiddo here for my early birthday lunch because mommy wanted tacos and the lady brought me a order of churros with a candle and gave me a hug. For a single mom that doesn’t get a whole lot of things for such occasions that right there really made my day. And the fact my kiddo sang me happy birthday melted my heart. Love this place. Would recommend 10 out of 10 EVERYTIME!!!

Awesome food in a great establishment.

Originally from Tucson and come back yearly. For the second year in a row I’ve gotten off the plane and made this my first stop.

The Sonoran hamburger is killer. It’s big and tastes amazing. Fries are great and come hot and crispy.

Staff is always friendly and accommodating to nuances on my order.

I’ve had quite a few burgers in my day – from churched up goat cheese and balsamic braised onion burgers to delightfully greasy California food truck smash burgers – and I’ve got to say, this was certainly one of the best straight-forward, no nonsense bacon cheeseburgers I’ve had.

When doing something simple, the details are crucial. Thick, 8oz Angus patty (they will cook them to temp. – I asked for mine medium and they nailed it) seasoned very well, not too crispy/not too flabby bacon, double slices of American cheese (say what you will, but American reigns supreme for the classic), perfectly ripe tomatoes, butter lettuce, crisp and bite-y red onions, slightly spicy chipotle mayo that accentuated – not overwhelmed, and a sturdy bun that didn’t fall to pieces half way through eating it. The menu didn’t call for any pickles, but I asked for extra and it was definitely the right move – briney dill pickles that cut through the fattiness of the beef and the heft of the sandwich as a whole. This burger was balanced, fresh, and executed flawlessly.

Opted for sweet potato fries and a side of chipotle mayo (though tasty, I enjoyed dipping them in my burger’s drippings the most)! They were cooked nicely – crispy on the outside and soft, sweet, and steamy on the inside and, again, seasoned perfectly.

Both the ladies that were running and cooking in the shop absolutely killed it and were as sweet as could be!

Don’t pass up the burger at this gem in the American Eat Company food hall! Looking forward to trying more menu items and some of the other spots located here!

Our choice from Kitchen 86 was the Burger 86. They were great with making a sub for the bun so that it suited a food allergy. The burger was very flavorful and cooked a perfect medium, with cheese and plenty of bacon. The accompanying butter lettuce leaf, ripe big tomato and thin slice of red onion was top-shelf fresh. Side of hot, lightly salted steak fries was an excellent choice for this upscale burger. Very good burger.

I tried the impossible burger, mainly because I’m trying to do a lifestyle change with my food. And I wasn’t sure if it was going to actually taste as good as I thought it was. And to be honest, it was one of the best burgers I’ve had in a very long time. I’m very picky on my burgers. I did get it with a side of sweet potato fries again delicious.

Had the Cuban sandwich and it is one bomb Cuban! Ozzy recommended it or the Patty Melt, and the banh mi and carne asada look pretty amazing too. Best fries I’ve had in Tucson too. Nice thick kind of steak fry.
Located inside of a big food court with bar(s) and a handful of other restaurants.

The Spicy Tucson burger is the BEST burger in town that I have had so far. Service was expedient, the meal came with sweet potato fries which complimented the burger perfectly. Amazingly cooked, not sloppy like a lot of burger joints that stack their sandwiches sky-high. 100% will come back.
