First saw this bakery on an Instagram reel weeks ago and had been dying to go since! Unfortunately, every time I was in Nashville was a Tuesday and they were closed. I was FINALLY able to go this last Wednesday and oh my gosh…gluten free heaven!!
I got the valentines cookie cake, which takes the award for best gluten free cookie cake I have EVER had! The eclair… absolutely divine, satisfied my donut craving! I didn’t love the Debby cake (but I’m not a huge cake person), however, my fiancé LOVED it!! I also got a sausage biscuit and the biscuit was amazinggg, wish there was a tad more meat but still so good!! Could not recommend enough!!

I can not express enough how wonderful this bakery is! My birthday was yesterday and I told my husband the only thing I wanted for my birthday was a GF carrot cake. He order one from the Gluten Free Goose. Then the ice storm hit. The owner Amy, has had no power at home for several days yet she still made sure that my cake was made. Even though she had to close the bakery she went out of her way to meet my husband at the bakery to give him my birthday cake. That kind of customer service is rare to find. Now for the quality of the cake…..OMG the icing melted in my mouth! The cake was moist and flavorful! We will enjoy every bite! Thank you, thank you, thank you GFG for going out of your way to make sure I had a Happy Birthday!
PS- my husband that is not GF has had the apple fritters before and he said that there is none better! Go support this bakery!

I was just passing through and wanted a treat, I left with a bag full!! They have everything so clearly labeled which is important to me. Everything is gluten free, but I also cannot have dairy. Things were labeled EF for egg free, too. The apple fritter was AMAZING. Huge chunks of apple! Delicious!! I also took home a brownie (fantastic) and some kind of shortbread lemon filled cookie thing (amazing) and a pan of fococcia!! You focaccia be kidding me, it was outstanding. If I’m ever back in Nashville, this will be my first stop.

This is one of the best gluten free bakeries I’ve been to. The selection is great. The pastries are amazing, and everything else is delicious also. I got donuts this time and they were fantastic. I always try to stop when I’m in the area.

Now THIS is everything I could want from a bakery- excellent customer service and delicious baked goods. I am unfortunately gluten intolerant, but this place goes above and beyond to give their customers a slice of heaven. Thank you Gluten Free Goose! I’m out of state, but I will DEFINITELY be ordering delivery once y’all open up nationwide shipping in a month or so.

For a while, I had been meaning to try Gluten Free Goose Bakery as I had seen many video reviews on social media. As a gluten-sensitive person for a couple of years, I have craved some gluten-free options for my favorite pastries and food. One of the food items I miss most is my Southern Grandma’s Biscuits, being from the South. On my first visit to GFGB, they had GF biscuits and Chicken Sausage gravy. Of course, I had to order them, and believe me, they did not disappoint. The biscuit was so fluffy and tasted like a gluten biscuit, but it wasn’t. As I ate the biscuits and gravy, I began to tear up as biscuits and gravy are a comfort food from childhood. My partner could see the happiness and appreciation I had to be able to eat something that I had been missing out on for years. Not only did I get the biscuits and gravy, but we also got a breakfast sandwich, oatmeal creme pie, Big Deb Heart, eclairs, and apple fritters. By the way, the eclairs and apple fritters are out of this world too. This is one happy GF girlie that has found a bakery that accommodates my food allergy without the worry and anxiety that I usually get in other establishments that are not GF. Arrive early as a line forms at opening.

Had a really great experience here, the staff was super nice and answered all of my questions before I made a decision. I strongly recommend the chicken and cheese gluten-free biscuit for breakfast, and maybe a cookie for dessert! They also sell gluten free focaccia, frozen pizzas, refrigerated cinnamon rolls and biscuits and other items that you can take home with you to make another day. Can’t recommend this place enough, will definitely be here on the regular
