Our first visit to the Plano location was truly spectacular. The restaurant features a beautiful layout with a warm, cozy atmosphere and an impressive full bar that adds to the elegant ambiance.

We ordered several of our favorite dishes that we usually enjoy at other Gloria’s locations, and they did not disappoint. The steak was cooked perfectly to the requested temperature and was beautifully presented.

Our server, Jose, was gracious, attentive, and provided excellent service throughout the evening. The manager also stopped by our table a few times to ensure everything was perfect, which was a thoughtful touch and greatly appreciated.

Among the Gloria’s locations we’ve visited, the Plano restaurant stands out as one of the best. It would be wonderful if they offered dancing nights similar to the Addison location, which would make the experience even more lively. We are certainly looking forward to our next visit.

My family and I had a wonderful time in the new location. Not only was the food delicious but the service was amazing. Our server Evelyn was very accommodating with our two little ones. She was very sweet to them and made sure to do the little things that made it easier to eat out with toddlers like being sure to bring us small spoons or making sure not to set anything directly in front of them. As parents this made us very excited to be back and ask for her again. The tres leches waffles were a hit with the whole table if you stop by for brunch!

We love Gloria’s. We were so happy and honored to join Gloria and her family for the grand opening and ribbon cutting at the new location in Plano. My favorites are the papusas and house margarita with a shot of orange liqueur. We also ordered the enchilada plate which was very good. I really like the chips and two salsas and bean dip, complimentary for every table. I am so happy Gloria’s opened in Plano! Highly recommend a visit.

This place will be a repeat on the list! The soups alone are big filling and flavorful!! Service is amazing. The chips and dips were on point with a selection of non spicy to a hint of spice. Everything was so good, full of flavor and something to experience. Drinks .. they be cranking lol. Definitely a bang for your buck too.

My family has gone to Gloria’s in Frisco for many years, and most of the time I ordered carne asada. The meat is tasty, and comes with yucca and plantain which I like.

But in my visit last week, I wanted to have something other than beef. So I tried serrano garlic salmon. It was delicious: the salmon, the elote, and everything else! The portion is just right, too, not too much. It’s definitely a worthy option for me besides carne asada next time

By the way, our server, Claudia, was also great: attentive and friendly

PS: Another recommendation: try ceviche trio. It’s a refreshing appetizer.

The absolute best restaurant in Texas.

We’ve been to many Gloria’s locations from west to east, and none compare to this newest location in Plano, Texas.

My family took my sister and I here for our birthday and it was nothing short of a great experience. The waiters were attentive, kind, and very accommodating. We had the pleasure of speaking with the manager, Jasmine, and learning more about Gloria herself.

After learning that Gloria visits this location and even frequently cooks there, it made sense why the food was exceptional.

To top it all off, they provided a complimentary dessert in honor of our birthday celebration. If you have any intent to stop by, do so, you won’t regret it.

We ere visiting Frisco for a gymnastics meet. A friend suggested Gloria’s for an early dinner. The atmosphere was bright and inviting. Tge music was upbeat and fun. Our waitress was nice but I noticed throughout service her attentiveness declined. I had to ask several times for refills on drink. The food was tasty and flavorful. I had the red snapper and rice. I ordered veggies on the side and it was delicious. The restaurant was clean, including the bathrooms. I would definitely return.

Came for dinner with some friends and I was surprised by the ambience! It’s really classy with plenty of space. The food was delicious and I can’t wait to come back to try different plates. I will say the guava margarita was strong if you aren’t used to liquor.

The salmon plate was perfection. Love the decor of the stunning new location. Careful while navigating as it may route you to the closed location (They’re both on Preston).

We visited for the first time at this new location yesterday about 5pm. I had high expectations because the Addison location was always great. It was busy so we decided to sit at the bar. I feel we spent a lot of time and energy trying to get the bartenders attention. We understand it was busy, but you can bartend and be attentive to paying customers. The food was OK. But on top of all that, the vibe and atmosphere was off. There were no good interactions with other people at the bar that I noticed. I felt the bartenders were more task oriented. No “thanks for coming in” when we paid our bill or was leaving. We won’t be back.
