This is a revolving restaurant and ambience is just too good. The place gives rich feeling but if you don’t eat sausage and bacon or ham it is not a place for you.
They give salad, egg, yogurt, sausage , bacon and ham plus tea/cofee and mimosa type of drink.
They Do NOT have kids menu and also don’t take Ala carte orders. It’s a set menu.

We were staying at RIHGA Royal Hotel and had Breakfast here to celebrate two Birthdays.
It was such an unique experience.
High end service. So much detail and quality.
Breakfast with a view.
Food was great, French bread, fresh juices and so much more.
Lovely atmosphere. Friendly staff.
It’s not cheap. But expected for a high end quality and service like that.

Great views, even the food is good you expect more flavor from the food, gazpacho quite soft, wagyu with no fats so a meat that is good but you can find in several restaurants. Fish was over cooked so a little bit dry. As a summary I expect more from the amount I paid. English is low and also they missed 1 dish and the order of the dishes.

Lovely french food on a set menu. The room rotates so you can enjoy a wonderful 360 view of all of Kyoto from a height. Staff are very attentive and super friendly.
