My husband and I decided to try this place out after spending a morning hiking.
We ordered by going inside of the restaurant. They had screens to order on and the woman behind the counter answered any questions that we had. The food took a little while to make which was completely understandable since each meal is made one at a time. This food to me seems a bit expensive however you do get a lot of food Per order. For the average person it is probably two meals worth of food.
I loved that you could get fresh veggies in your stirfry. My broccoli, green beans, snow peas and red peppers were beautiful and still had a crunch to them. Definitely try them out if you are in the mood for some stir fry!!

This was my first time here. I ordered one their best sellers: the sweet and sour chicken. The sauce was definitely sweet and sour but flavor wasn’t very developed; very one dimensional taste. The rice was also overly soggy despite being stir fried fresh in front of me. It looked like slop. It’s a shame the food was sub-par; big disappointment.
Will be giving a second chance to try and let them redeem themselves.

First Visit at Global Wok. Exceeded our expectations. Food was awesome, service was exceptional, we ate outside on the beautiful clean and spacious patio.

Self-service ordering kiosks are slick – the beef and broccoli was very tasty. Veggies were nice and crispy and beef was good. They have a spacious patio and nice clean dining area.

Good selection of proteins and veggies. Lots of sauce selections but the taste was not good. I’d imagine the sauces are pre-mixed or bottle bought. My noodle dish turned out very bland and my mom’s fried rice was too salty. The noodles and sauce were smushy and steak and veggies were chopped too small. We ordered egg rolls for one of that apps and it was extremely greasy with a layer of oil from the egg roll drippings concentrated at bottom of the box. They need to be strained in basket before putting in the box. Quite pricy for semi-fast food and stir fried dishes. 2 main entrees, two apps and 4 bottled sodas are over 65 dollars before tip.

Nice place for a quick, customized stir fry…and great for takeout. You enter your order on a computer choosing type of noodle/rice, meat, veggies, and sauces. They have a good range of each and lots of good Asian flavors. After you order they wok it up fresh. They also have some good beers available. Stop here often for a quick meal after work.

Out second time there and the portions ARE generous, so be aware. I ordered mine pretty spicy and the gentleman behind the counter (the owner I think) checked with me to be sure :-). The spice level was perfect (and it’s sometimes hard to find things spicy enough)
You can order either online or from kiosks at the store and then it’s made to order quickly while you wait
Really encourage you to try this; friendly staff, good food, good value. Just be ready to take your leftovers with you…. 😉

First time there. Staff was really helpful and explained the menu. Had orange chicken and my husband had beef and broccoli. Both were delicious. Place was spotless clean. Only disappointed was almost $3 for a 20 oz bottle of soda. I know this is the normal price now but doesn’t mean I like it.

I am very picky on my food. I love elevated cuisine. I went to Global Wok two Sundays in a row. I had to go twice to make sure the first was not a fluke. First off, Alicia gave the absolute best service ever. She really cares about the brand and Global Wok’s food. So service is A+. The food is amazing. You pick and customize your bowl and they cook it fresh. They use top notch ingredients and produce. The flavors are so good. Simple and amazing. Fried spring rolls and elote rolls with Mexican street corn are amazing. I could go on. You seriously will not be disappointed. Portions are huge on top of it. Innovative sauces and flavors puts it over the top. Bravo. My daughter who hates every food but burgers and pizza loved her shrimp dish. Alicia accommodated us by getting the veggies out. What a great experience. I want to go every Sunday now.

Went to urban wok for the first time today. I was able to walk right in and place my order via the order kiosk. (This is a very nice feature) I waited they called my name and I had my food. The food was packaged very neatly and I drove home. The food was still hot when I arrived home. The restaurant was neat and clean. The staff was friendly and welcoming. I was nervous about the vegetable spring rolls [I hate onions] but they were very tasty. The food was great. Its a bit pricier than some other places, but its worth it.
