Stopped 1/23/26 to this location, I always pass the Bordentown Petro to crossover to 295 and I never even knew it was there LOL. Anyway, I purchased a Jamocha Shake and it was the best that i have ever had at any Arby’s I’ve been to. Also the ladies working there were very nice and helpful. The establishment was very clean too, which is very nice to see. Will stop there again and get some food to go with the shake next time. Thank you! 5 stars all the way

My first and last experience with Arby’s restaurant. The lady Asia that took my order was very rude, disrespectful, belligerent and very unprofessional. I have never experience such service before. I place a five piece tenders large combo with no ice in my drink and she decided not to do what i want and still gave me an attitude when i was advising her on the order. Instead of making another drink for me she got so upset and hissed at me and tried to gave it to me by using her hands to remove ice. She did not give me my card or receipt. I had to contact the near by restaurant to reach them because they did not pick up their phones. Very very nasty and ridiculous. I am never returning back here!!!!

It’s been 3 years since I’ve been back to this place. This is the second time I visited and I got to tell you. They’ve done a 380 degree turn. The service here is phenomenal. The food tasted great. Way better than it was 3 years ago. I added a picture with what I ordered and that was with extra meat as well. Even the manager here is a very nice person and on top of everything. I will continue to come back to this place whenever I’m around here with pleasure. Thank you keep doing a great Job. ♥️

I visited in Autumn 2024, using the drive thru to purchase a market fresh turkey bacon ranch sandwich. Service was slow and distracted, with staff repeatedly clarifying the order before arriving at the window. However, the team were very polite. Upon arriving home, I discovered I had not received my order – I got a wrap, which was good but disappointing not to have got the sandwich I asked for.

Very old, dry, cold “meat” taste like bread.
Just cold&old meat covered with hot sauce.
Jalapeño bites sucks too
French fried just okay.

This place is a joke. While I was waiting on my order a guy from the drive thru got tired of waiting for his order and came in and set them straight.
I ordered 2 of the fish sandwiches. They looked over cooked. But the batter inside was raw. (I’m taking it that the oil is super old) Pictures will show this. Also ordered the 1/2 lb. Roast Beef Sandwich. Which was very light on the roast beef. I got this same sandwich the other day from a different location and it had double the meat that this sandwich had.
Also 2 of the guys behind the counter did not have their faces covered as they should mouths were not even covered. Yes I hate wearing them also. But by God when you are making my food your face had best be covered. So this was $32 dollars wasted.

Order taker has no customer skills and doesn’t listen to not just my order but others too. Bread was chewy, elastic and hard to tear off. All in all, not impressed with Wagyu burger. Small and a lack of fresh ingredients.

We got our food to go and while still waiting for our food they had our milkshakes sitting out when It’s 80° outside so our milkshakes started melting while we were still waiting an additional 10-15 mins for our food
Then we get our food out to our truck and the bag was all wet cause they threw out au ju sauce which was in a small soda cup in and it spilt on our containers, napkins
We ordered their wings and they put them in their sandwich boxes which were left soggy and dripping the sauce all over everything
