Absolutely Outstanding First Visit – 10/10/25!
My family and I went to Global Quesadilla for the very first time today, and we were completely blown away! From the moment we walked in, Jake greeted us with a warm smile and made us feel right at home. We mentioned it was our first visit, and he went above and beyond to make sure we had an amazing experience.
The food? Five stars, hands down. Every bite was packed with flavor — perfectly seasoned, fresh, and absolutely delicious. The service was top-notch, fast, and friendly, and the atmosphere was vibrant, welcoming, and family-friendly. You can really tell they care about their customers and take pride in what they do.
We left full, happy, and already planning our next visit. Thank you, Jake and the entire team at Global Quesadilla, for making our first time unforgettable. We’ll definitely be back soon!

Incredibly good. I’ve recently observed some of my coworkers ordering from here during lunch. They always rave about the taste and quality, so I finally gave it a try, and it did not disappoint. I got the birria quesadilla and it was fabulous! Everything about it was perfect and made me say “wow”.
In terms of the restaurant setting, I came here on a Friday around 4:15pm. There was only 3 other customers present, so fairly quiet, bit they do have background music playing. I would imagine this place picks up closer to dinner. The restaurant was clean and the cashier was friendly. Highly recommend!

This is a tricky A for me. As far as quesadillas go..this is not the best. Add in the service, options and pricing this place becomes an A. I got the Texas that comes with chicken, bacon , cheese, onions and bbq sauce. I got it with no onions and side of ranch. Did the job. The service was great. She helped me figure out my life on the menu plus she was absolutely gorgeous. Maybe i took a little extra time placing my order because of that…

The place itself is absolutely beautiful, great atmosphere and very clean. The service was excellent, and the gentleman working there was incredibly kind and attentive. As for the food and drinks, everything was presented well and clearly made with care. The quesadillas were cooked perfectly and looked great, but for our personal taste, they were a bit lacking in flavor. The soda had a unique twist too. It just wasn’t quite our style, though I can see how others might enjoy it. Overall, a lovely spot with wonderful service, even if it wasn’t quite the right fit for our taste buds.

This was the first time we brought some residents from Dolan Memory Care to Global Quesadilla and it couldn’t have been easier. Thanks to the staff for allowing seniors to get kids meals because the portions are HUGE! Our staff definitely got two meals out of the regular size. Highly recommend!!!

I was excited to try this place. I love quesadillas. Unfortunately, I was left disappointed. The queso was served cool, not hot, which made it difficult to scoop up. The quesadillas were ok but nothing extraordinary. The staff was hard to find. They may have been short handed. We had to waitva bit to order.

I’m reaching out to share a very disappointing experience I had with the employees working the Sunday night shift at your location. I placed an order for a quesadilla without bacon, but when I got home, I discovered that it had bacon on it anyway. I had to drive all the way back to the restaurant for a replacement due to this mistake.
When I arrived, I politely asked if I could receive a drink for the inconvenience, but the employee responded rudely, saying she “doesn’t pay for anyone’s gas.” When I asked for her name, she refused to provide it and then proceeded to flick me off. I was shocked and deeply offended by her behavior, which made me feel discriminated against and completely disrespected.
As someone who has worked in customer service for over five years, I understand that mistakes can happen—but how they’re handled matters. This was by far the poorest customer service experience I’ve ever had, and I don’t believe someone with that attitude should be working directly with customers.
I hope this matter is addressed appropriately, and I’d appreciate a follow-up on how it’s being handled.

Amazing food and great customer service. Got the cancun quesadilla with steak and i was impressed. Was just in the area and wanted something I never had before. Seen them passing by and thought I would try them. Definitely will be back again. Also gotta try there chips and queso.
