What can I even say short of best roast beef and best cheesesteak (sorry Angelo’s) sandwich there are. I’ll be honest I haven’t tried that many places but I’ve been fortunate to try the “best” in many places a many countries and Glen’s tops them all. I’d drive 2 hours to come here and I’d do it frequently. Must try!

First time experiencing Boston roast beef. Had a big beef 3-way (sauce, cheese, mayo). Messiest sandwich but beef was cooked beautifully and the BBQ sauce was excellent. I absolutely recommend Glen’s!! Super friendly!!

I have gotten Glen’s a handful of times, and it’s not that I don’t like it but because I usually save it for my “cheat” meals . This is most definitely worth cheating for if you’re looking for a cheat meal (what I do). Chicken Parm Sub I highly recommend (I’m not really one to crave subs but this just changed it). Good price and filling on top of that as well. The parking is no issue there’s enough of it.

If a better roast beef sandwich exists I’ve never had it. Service is always above and beyond. Love this place.

Glen’s Roast Beef had one of the best roast beef sandwiches I’ve ever had! It was absolutely delicious!
I ordered the “Big” sized roast beef sandwich with the “3 Way” option, which included their special BBQ sauce, mayo, and choice of cheese (I chose American cheese). I also added lettuce and tomatoes, which may not be traditional, but I wanted some veggies.
The buns were light and fluffy with just the right amount of crispy, crunchiness on the inside edges from being grilled/toasted. The roast beef was thinly sliced, super tender, and generously portioned. The sauce combo was tangy, flavorful, and just the right amount to keep everything adequately sauced without becoming sloppy.
On top of the delicious sandwiches, the service was friendly, and the unassuming venue was very chill and relaxing. All in all, it was an exceedingly enjoyable roast beef sandwich experience. I would definitely recommend!

First time visitor today and the lovely gentleman behind the counter gave a recommendation. Left with two half pound roast beef sandwiches and fries. I love roast beef and this thinly shaved roast beef sandwich was phenomenal. Fries were perfectly crispy. We will be back. Thank you

This is hands down the best roast beef in MA. Yes, all of Massachusetts. I’ve been eating North Shore Beef since the early 80’s at Riley’s in Lawrence to one of the best in its heyday Harrison’s and all over. Danvers, Peabody, Revere, Georgetown, Bevery, Ipswich, Topsfield, Saugus, Malden etc. This place is always consistently fantasctic. @joeymurr give it shot.
P.S. the steak subs also great

Classic North Shore roast beef shop with warm stacks swimming in James River sauce between crunchy, griddled buns. Arguably the best Junior 3-way in town under ten bucks!
