It’s a local western Michigan chain and it’s the only place to get a hot dog. I would recommend the Chili Cheese Special for a good all around meal! We had Abi wait on us and she was great! I would highly recommend checking this place out!

Found this driving down the road. Very welcoming, friendly place. Had the chili cheese dogs and a gyro wrap. Fresh and tasty. The extra crispy fries (we asked for extra crispy) were done to perfection and you have to eat them with their Greek Fry Salt 🙂 Bathrooms were nice and clean.

I was born and raised in Grand Haven, MI but have lived in Florida a few years now. I’ve concluded Florida just does not know how to do chili dogs–or at least Greek chili dogs. Since Great Lakes Chili Dogs is no more (R.I.P.), G&L is the next best place to get my fix (yes, I’ll fly 1,100 miles for this)! Having eaten here many times in my life, I can safely say that the cheddar chili dog on a steamed bun is magical! I could eat at least 6 at a sitting if I wasn’t paying attention. The fries are hot, but sadly are straight-cut, consistently bland, and unsalted. In my opinion, they’d be far better if they were crinkle-cut and served lightly salted. The servers are consistently kind and personable, and the cooking staff always get the food prepared super quickly. Thanks very much G&L, keep it up!

We love this place, but the email I received today stating that my birthday treat ($5 off) is waiting was a little misleading. When I went to pay, I didn’t get the $5 off, because I missed the fine print that it’s only good on my actual birthday (not the day before), and not like a lot of other places in which the birthday coupon can used anytime in the birthday month. ¯_(ツ)_/¯

We decided to stop at G&L on Sternburg in Muskegon for dinner tonight. We ordered 4 special. One with only chili and cheese which came with mustard. We also all got old stale fries. (Tasted like they got dipped back in fryer.)($1.70/ea) out of all the fries maybe 4-5 were eaten which was a mistake. $6.80 on garbage fries & $5.80 on a special that’s made wrong. $30.74 total for 6 chili cheese dogs. Due to the rest being thrown in trash.

I have been going to G&L since I was a toddler. Nowhere else can you get a meal in less than 3 minutes from the time you enter the door. Always nice wait staff and a hot, delicious meal.
