Stopped here for a quick coffee and desert. Had the apple crumble tart absolutely delicious with the perfect amount of vanilla icecream on the side. The iced coffee was one of the best I’ve had and that’s because I dont like my coffee over powering so this was perfect. The staff friendly and atmosphere calm and soothing. I’ll come back when I visit griffth again.

Well presented Italian restaurant with tasty pizzas and pastas. The family sized pizza is a decent size for sharing. The Giuseppe’s special pizza has quite a diverse range of toppings and was delicious. The vegetarian pizza options were also quite palatable.
There is also a great range of gelato available for desserts. My personal favourites were the coconut and white chocolate.

Very friendly staff and terrific, fresh food. Generous portions too, which makes a meal here great value. Obviously adored by locals, as this place is often packed on the weekend. I tried both a pizza and the prawn salad – both were faultless and tasty.

Went for dinner tonight, no booking. You guys were busy, but you took us in and looked after us. The staff were great. The food fantastic. I had the Gorgonzola Gnocci and the flavours were fantastic and the gnocci was the best I’ve had anywhere in the world, even Italy.

I’ve noticed that the filipino old lady at the counter often comes across as quite unwelcoming. Each time I’ve seen her interact with customers she seems unhappy to be there and quite bothered to serve which creates an extremely uncomfortable atmosphere. I completely understand that everyone can have bad days, but this feels like a recurring issue. As a customer I think it’s important to feel welcomed, and unfortunately this experience has made me hesitant to return.

Fifth and last visit at this restaurant. Had really enjoyed previous dinning experiences and food. I had invited guests travelling from overseas to join us here.
Service on this occasion was subpar and on reflection the service staff seem to be training at each visit. The wait time for service was very slow we had to go in twice to order rounds of drinks.
3/5 meals were over cooked. One guest had ordered a medium rare steak, at first bite he mentioned it was over cooked to us but didn’t want to cause a fuss.. after a few more bites he wasn’t pleased, said it was too tough and kindly advised one of the waitresses if they could advise the chef. She went back to the kitchen and said they wouldn’t do anything about it after talking to their manager as they believed it was cooked medium rare.
I said we were not happy with that outcome
and that we’ve come here previously and had exceptional meals, that the salmon ordered for two guests was also over cooked and firm but we didn’t want to say anything as we were trying to enjoy our evening and had been waiting for service/food already as it was.
We have spent around $2000 between meals and drinks on all visits and would have returned had the situation been handled differently.
After requesting the check and stating we wanted to pay by card no one returned,
5- 6 different members of staff served us throughout a 1.5 hour seating.
They sent a young girl out to tell us who was visibly nervous explaining they couldn’t do anything, not one senior member of staff offered further explanation after we said we were not happy with this.
I have recommended this restaurant to our employees who are in the area for an extended period of the year and will not be doing so going forward and future earnings lost because the chef wouldn’t accept the steak was not cooked correctly as pictured.
