My iced latte was perfect, I’ve never tried Biggby coffee until visiting Michigan. Highly recommend, their everything bagels are also amazing, they must make them fresh every morning

If you are going to pay with card through drive through, leave a tip, not cash either. Angry servers will pull your drink back in, loosen the lid, and then hand it to you. Wondered what she was thinking as I handed her cash for tip in exchange for my compromised cup. Dumped a good amount in my car as I went to set it down, ruining any electronics that were sitting there. Thanks. Rest of the drink was good but service not so much.

First and last time I will ever go to this Biggby. I’m not typically the person that writes reviews but this was awful. I get Biggby almost every day and today was my first time at this location. The service was absolutely slow. One employee just standing there on her phone not helping while my husband is sitting there waiting for our drinks and bragels. And we paid $7 for a bragel that has one VERY thin slice of ham on it.. lol. At this point I should have just gotten a normal bagel. I’ve had bragels many times and never with just only one VERY thin slice of ham… My coffee also tastes absolutely horrible. I always get a honey cinnamon vanilla latte and it tastes like cinnamon flavored water… I work hard for my money so this upsets me when I’m paying good money for decent coffee and a bragel. And standing around on your phone in front of customers while orders need to be made is just wild to me.

I’ve been to this location twice and each time I went in to order. The 1st time the cashier was so sweet and helpful and suggested modifications to my order and let me know about the Friday deal they offer. The 2nd time they cashier was not very friendly and she acted like doing her job was inconvenient for her. I would enjoy to return when the 1st lady is there.

We had breakfast bagels this morning. They were great, but the service was the best!! Kristen is a great employee!! She cares about what she’s doing and wants her customers to be happy! She greeted me promptly when I entered the store with a smile on her face. Thank you Kristen for being a good human 🙂

Layla, Ella, and David were fantastic. I had a complex drink order, and as much as I hated to be THAT customer, they were so kind and helped me get exactly what I wanted. They introduced me to the Lissa’s Luscious Latte (from the secret menu). I wish I could’ve tipped them better.
