Whether there’s specials or not, always try something new because you will never be disappointed.
I came in with my two sons (9 & 11) for a rare dinner out. I ordered an XL pizza advertised as 12 slices so we could each have 4. When it arrived, it only had 10 slices. I politely pointed it out right after it was served.
Instead of resolving it calmly, the situation escalated. Staff argued loudly about it in front of the entire restaurant, and I was essentially told they couldn’t take my word for it and that nothing would be done. The cook came out aggressively, and I was left feeling embarrassed and humiliated in front of my children.
I never asked for anything free—only what I paid for. A remake was briefly offered and then taken back. The only resolution offered was a mini pizza, which I declined. The way this was handled was unnecessarily confrontational and upsetting.
What made this even harder is that this was meant to be a special moment for my sons, who recently lost their father. An incredibly kind stranger ended up paying for our meal so we could leave.
Mistakes happen—but how you handle them matters. We won’t be returning.
Unfortunately, it just wasn’t worth the price. We’ll be spending our money elsewhere next time. I also encourage people to leave honest and realistic reviews to help others make informed decisions.
A mother and her two young sons were seated near me. She politely brought up that the XL pizza she ordered was missing slices. Instead of being handled quietly and professionally, staff began arguing about it loudly across the restaurant. The cook even came out to confront her, and the situation quickly became uncomfortable for everyone watching.
The customer was not rude and was clearly just asking for what she paid for. What should have been a simple fix turned into a very public and humiliating moment in front of her children. You could see how upset she was, and many of us in the restaurant felt uncomfortable witnessing it.
Mistakes happen in restaurants, but the way this was handled was unnecessary and unprofessional. Customer service matters, and this experience alone would make me think twice about returning.
The first three times I got pizza here I got it to go and it was cold. I figured it got done early and was sitting out so I didn’t say anything I just put it in the oven for a few minutes when I got home. But then I dined inside the restaurant for the first time and all my food was still cold. I asked the waitress if there was anything she could do about it and she said no. After that I asked for a box, paid, went home, and microwaved and finished my dinner.
A few days ago I went back, I figured time had passed so maybe things changed. While waiting to order I overheard staff arguing in the kitchen, they were extremely loud and vulgar towards each other and it was very awkward. A woman came and took my to-go order and when it came out it was all wrong, and also cold. I was fed up, I asked for a refund and was denied so I once again took my food home and microwaved it. I won’t be returning and I suggest you don’t ever step foot in this establishment.
Additionally there were dead bugs in the corners. It really added to the ambiance.
Spaghetti in meat sauce very good.
Even the soup and pasta that came with my meal was good.
Service was fast and friendly.
Definitely coming back when in the neighborhood.
