It’s wonderful, truly, but stay FAR AWAY from the buffet breakfast (it’s beyond terrible and no amount of their fake ketchup can save it!) and everything else is wonderfully delicious! The spinach and artichoke dip was AMAZING. Also, the desserts are massive – they are meant to share! We would definitely eat here again for dinner!

First time in many years, but second time stayed here. The wait for our meals was atleast an hour, the food was way overpriced, the quality was a 2/10.
My husband has food poisoning now, he ordered the roasted chicken on Friday and has been sick since Saturday morning. It is now Monday. The manager did give us a discount on our food which was nice of him.
We did not go back and eat here. Nor will we ever. What a damper on our vacation.

Family restaurant serving meals and snacks throughout the day. We ordered the family style breakfast. It consisted of scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, fried potatoes, small pastries, small bowl of fruit and pancakes. I don’t recall if drinks and coffee were included in the price? The children enjoyed the pancakes, however we found the rest of the meal rather dry as it had probably been prepared for opening time around 7am and just kept in a warmer? We were there around 10am. The atmosphere is interesting and the staff were great. Not sure if $66 is good value for 2 adults and 2 children (who only ate pancakes). However this is a resort and the restaurant is convenient.

This is the main dining restaurant at Great Wolf Lodge in Sandusky. The service was kind of slow for dinner but to be expected since we went right as it opened at 5pm. We ordered the nachos and they came out with ranch dressing on them even though this was not indicated on their menu. They did remake them without the ranch for no additional cost. I would say the food overall was a bit overpriced. Not the worst but certainly could be better.

Came here for breakfast 2 days in a row with the add-on special that is offered by Great Wolf Lodge. Deal seems fair as its $15 per adult for a all-you-can-eat family style breakfast. I assumed there would be options to choose from but it is really restricted. You get a tray that has small portions of pancakes, bacon, sausage, potatoes, and scrambled eggs with a small plate of cinnabons. One decent size drink of either coffee, milk, chocolate milk, apple and orange juice. The quality is not the greatest, but for the price and convienence its better than going to Dunkin Donuts. I wish I was able to choose a different cook of the eggs and have some toast with jams as an option over the cinnabons. Overall it did the job. Will return, but wont do 2 in a row.

Cocktails were pretty good, service and atmosphere where decent as well. However the food especially what the kids got was bad. They barely had a portion large enough for the kids, and they both said their food had no taste (they’re not exactly food experts but…). My wife had a chicken salad with almost no chicken.

Look, all the negative reviews make me kinda sad. We were there on a friday night (I assume one of their busier times) around 6:30pm. Service was fine, nothing spectacular, but certainly nothing wrong. I sampled a few items from my dinner mates, and ordered the spaghetti bolognese for myself. I’m no Italian Nonna, but I think the bolognese was pretty darn good for a resort restaurant… actually, for a decent amount of restaurants where I’ve ordered spaghetti! It’s really pretty good! I also tried the nachos (yum! Enjoyed the salsa so much that I asked who supplied it!) And the kids mac & cheese was completely appropriate for my 3 year old.
If you’re looking for some 5 star fine dining experience, this ain’t it. But if youre looking for a good meal, you’ll find it here.
(Also, I dont know who Brian is, but he made my daughter feel like a ROCK STAR with the coloring page… so, THANK YOU, BRIAN!!)

We mistakenly ate here for dinner. Table was dirty, food was not very good, staff all looked unhappy and, our server was not attentive or friendly. We had already purchased a breakfast family meal and we were disappointed even further. Our buffet plate was served with a piece of our server’s hair. The eggs tasted like powder and the pancakes tasted like rubber. Multiple times we saw staff carrying food plates awkwardly so that their fingers were in the food or their face and hair draped over it. During both visits there were two young busser girls who spent most of the time staring at guests when they could have been wiping down tables/menus, refilling water/coffee or doing something other than making guests feel uncomfortable. We ate here for convenience but were so disappointed. The management obviously is not concerned about service, the quality or their food, or cleanliness. Don’t make the same mistake we made! Avoid this restaurant!

THEY CHARGED MY CARD TWICE, CALLED MY ROOM TO SAY THE COMPUTER HAD AN ERROR AND THEY NEEDED ME TO COME RUN IT AGAIN AND THE OTHER CHARGES WOULD FALL OFF, SURPRISE SURPRISE TRIPLE CHARGED. Basically scammed me. I was told to talk to the manager in the morning “if it doesn’t fall off”.
Next morning, charges did not fall off to no ones surprise, and manager is again “busy with something else”. Im not even convinced this manager exists. We are now out almost 300 dollars. Such a nice way to spend our daughter’s birthday! Stressed about money we had not budgeted into the stay. Horrible experience.
