The staff here are phenomenal. The menu was recently updated but the prices are fair and portions generous. Most importantly, the food is incredible, enjoy a picaña steak. My favorite part, they allow pets in the two outdoor seating areas.

First time experience here at Giraffas Fontainebleau. Ordered a Brutus Burger which came out quickly. The meat quality is really great for the price, although it was seasoned slightly on the salty side for my preferences. The restaurant itself is situated in a really nice location and isn’t too far from FIU’s Engineering Campus. Overall a nice experience paired with pricing that reflects the quality of food.

I really hope that i can get in touch with the corperate over this but my recent visit to this location was turned into a nightmare. As today is sunday, i decided to take my family, we picked what we wanted, payed for it.
As we were looking @ the recipt, we were charged wrongly $2.00 for bacon when we had specially told the cashier we didn’t want to bacon in our burgers in the first place.
We waited for the food & the food came. Our gio da brigas burger (we ordered 2) we checked the burgers & there we no eggs in the burgers which left us fuming. We went up to the manager & told her how the burgers are suppose to have an eggs in there to which she replies, ” we don’t have any eggs”. How can you run out of eggs but yet still take the order of pur gio da brigas? If there were no eggs, we as customers should have been told before that they have no eggs.
Then as i told her that i’d be coming in tommorow to speak to the GM, eggs magically appear & she brigs us our eggs 15 minutes later that should have been inside of the burger in the first place. By then we’d eaten the burger already as we are not gonna wait 15 minutes for an egg that should have been there to begin with.
When the manager was bringing the eggs, we’d asked her: “you said there were no eggs”?
To which she said “yea i meant no cooked eggs”
So items aren’t gonna be put in our order just because they aren’t cooked yet?
I am really confused.
The second major thing that was not acceptable was we’d ordered 3 saloms & all 3 came without any sauce to which we asked the manager & she again used the excuse “oh we ran out” & in turn gave us some other sause that seems like it had been sitting there the whole day & tasted bad.
I wanna know why was our order taken when this business didn’t have the means to put our order together & as customers why weren’t we told that there were no more eggs & sauses with the samon?
I will never go to this place unless everything is straighted out, it makes me mad how i spend money for the food that there were so many messups on!

The hamburgers are delicious but pricey. I can’t go too often. They charge extra dollar if you add cheese. I spend $45.00 on a meal of burgers and fries for only 4 people. Way too much!!!!

Nice! Less busy than other locations but same great food and service you’d expect from Giraffas chain. For fast food that’s home style it’s a notch above Pollo Tropical. Try the Pan de Queiso 🙂

Fast casual Brazilian inspired food. The food was ok at best, Steaks like Picanha are something that maybe should be left out of the fast casual trend. I would rather go to a full blown brazilian steakhouse and pay a little more if thats what I was craving.
