It was a hard start but I’ll be back to see if they get better at cooking a pizza and re-review; pretty much raw but again…. There were at least 30 people there eating the buffet and the employees were working very hard to keep up. Richmond, KY location offers BOGO Monday and a better experience as of now.

My first visit today was a little good and bad. Food was good, salad bar good, dessert pizza good. What was wrong was cleanliness. Salad bar need to be wiped down and kept that way. Floor needed to be swept. Tables cleaned. Silverware available. Plates should be constantly filled. Several people were scheduled, but apparently all they knew how to do was follow each other around. No supervision in sight. As busy as this new restaurant is someone needs to get on top of things. But the food is good, everything else just needs to come in line.

We ate there today the pizza was cold and I witnessed one of the workers take food that fell off a person’s salad on the bar. He put the piece that fell off back into the container that the rest was in. I’ve worked in restaurants and that is unacceptable

I had high hopes. It wasn’t that great. Very average. Girl at the counter was nice. Ordered take out and told it would be 15 minutes for two subs and onion rings. Took 30 minutes to get take out food with a medium sized crowd there.. Sandwiches were good enough, onion rings were not very good. Order was nearly $24 plus tip. Bathroom walls were pretty gross from previous nasty patrons. Flies kept landing on me in the restaurant while I waited. It will be a while before I try it again.

Went 2 times now people save seating so there is no where to sit when you wait in line to order. Never got any food. This concept is terrible. Save yourself wasting time. Do not go here.
