I just want to start by saying I’m not from around here, this is my third time to try a Giovanni‘s pizza. The other two times have not disappointed at all, once percent Kentucky the other was close to Cincinnati. But my family tells me that the ones in Portsmith are the best. Well, if you get a chance, watch the video, when you see the way that pizza looks that pepperoni pounder is absolutely amazing. I’m not gonna lie we did not really care much for the chicken wings. They were OK but I’m not gonna let them affect the review. If you’d like chicken wings order at your own risk, not a huge fan. If you’re going to order pizza I’m going to tell you the pepperoni pounder is the absolute way to go. We did get the loaded cheese fries, they were left out for order by mistake. Before I even got back to the hotel, they had called me, and they showed up with him in less than two minutes. What a freaking amazing service! Cannot say enough good things about the fellow work on the counter, who ultimately delivered our fries. Just a great attitude and good customer service. All I know I would highly recommend giovannis. This place is awesome!

Food is good. Sometimes the pizza is dry and the crust is a little crispy in places but overall great. VERY friendly/helpful staff (they deserve 7 stars). Highly recommend the red dressing with salads!

The young lady on the phone was phenomenal. She went above and beyond her job and made me a pizza I always loved but no longer on the menu. She was so nice and precise on how I wanted my pizza. I was so impressed with the encounter with her I asked her her name. She replied Kiesha, I’m the manager. No wonder, she is a top tier worker. Wish we had more people in the work force like this young lady
